Disappointed
Never had an issue with these guys till now, previously had two orders come fine, even after brexit. The first time my order was sent back by DHL, the company said something about the customs details weren't right, the company were really helpful and said they'd said it out again.
Shortly after that my emails are being ignored and it was only after logging in to my account I saw they had sent it out again. All seemed good at first, despite still no replies to my emails. Then the DHL tracking updates to say they are sending back to them AGAIN! At this point after still no reply to my emails I have opened a PayPal case and asked for a refund, they are clearly doing something wrong on the customs declaration. It's becoming a joke honestly.

Some items were sofort verfugbar, but not able to be ordered because of best before date. Also, I wasn't able to pay with my Czech credit card through the new credit card option. Thank you for future improvements.

WORST COMPANY EVER!
I've made an order on August 10th.
The parcel once arrived in France from Germany, have changed of tracking number as handled by another carrier (Local office).
The local mail sent me an email on August 24th saying that the parcel had an accident and that it can't be delivered to me! They ask me to directly contact the seller.
I've sent to Usa-drinks the same day the mail screenshot and the tracking number where is well written in german that the order can't be delivered to me.
They ask me to wait till September 1st because they need to figure it out with DHL Germany.
After that now they says that they are still convinced that my order is still on my way, after all the screenshot and tracking shared with them!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
I will NEVER order again with them, they don't know how to treat customers!
