Unreliable & Difficult to Communicate
I received a coupon code for a spool of filament. I bought two for the price of one (not required for the coupon, just decided to buy both). Each time I check my order I have to have to order number already to look it up. There seems to be no way to check orders by account name. I received a notice about the delivery service UniUni that they now use, and know it to be terrible. I emailed my concerns prior to shipment. They understood, gave me another coupon, and shipped with UniUni. Shipment finally notifies me that it delivered to our business address. After hours. On the weekend. Left on the sidewalk outside. I emailed both courier and Polymaker. Both replied with AI emails letting me know they'll look into it and get back to me in a few days.
