Order 1073-785-047 – Major flight changes not notified

MyTrip failed to notify me of major changes to both my outbound and inbound flights (schedule changes and airport changes).
I only found out through the airline’s website.
This caused financial loss and almost made me miss my outbound flight.
I have already contacted MyTrip via email with no response.
Please assign an agent to my case.
Order: 1073-785-047.

Worst Customer Experience & Systemic…

Worst Customer Experience & Systemic Incompetence – Avoid MyTrip.com

My experience with MyTrip.com has been an utter nightmare, lasting over six weeks and demonstrating a systemic failure in customer service, accountability, and basic processing efficiency. I urge potential customers: the cheaper price is not worth the stress and weeks of follow-up this agency will demand of you.

The Failure of Service
Incompetence in Handling Refund: My outbound flight on August 12th was delayed, making me eligible for a full refund. Despite contacting MyTrip.com multiple times, I was ultimately forced to contact the airline directly to get the cancellation processed, proving MyTrip.com was incapable of performing its core job.
Zero Accountability & Proactivity: I have initiated over 10 follow-ups via email and phone. Every single communication provided the same useless, repetitive, template-based response: "wait, and we will escalate."
Emails were often unanswered or contained identical, non-substantive replies as though an automated chat bot wrote it.
Calling agents admitted they could not answer simple questions like "When will the refund be processed?" or "Will my service fee be waived?"
Ignored Supervisor Requests: I have formally requested a callback from a supervisor or manager multiple times, and every single request has been ignored. This refusal to allow escalation to a decision-maker is unprofessional and shows a deliberate attempt to wear the customer down.
The Ongoing Financial Penalty
My refund is still not complete. Due to an administrative error by the airline, the refund amount I received is incorrect. Despite bringing this to MyTrip.com’s attention, they continue their pattern of "wait and escalate," refusing to take decisive action to correct the final payment.
This agency is charging a service fee for providing the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. They have caused me undue stress and wasted countless hours of my time. MyTrip.com has demonstrated they do not deserve any fee; in fact, they should be compensating me for the continuous time and effort I have dedicated to solving their problems.
Do not book with MyTrip.com. The small amount of money you save is not worth the stress of dealing with their utterly unresponsive and unaccountable service team.

Totally unprofessional and useless agency.

The worst customer service

My experience with MyTrip was incredibly frustrating. I booked a flight ticket and paid for it, but the ticket never arrived in my email, even though I was at the airport with only two hours left until the flight. I contacted customer support, and the agent promised that I would receive the ticket within 10 minutes, but nothing happened. Later, I was told that it would take three hours to receive the ticket. When I requested to speak to a manager, my request was denied. I never received any call from a manager, and in the end, I lost my money. This was a terrible experience, and I will never use their services again

Cabin baggage disappeared, awful customer service

I booked my flight from Mendoza to Santiago de Chile, the ticket on the website (I double checked before paying) that it included a hand baggage and a cabin baggage. When I went to the airline site to do the check-in the ticket said "only one hand baggage" included. I contacted the customer service, I had to repeat to BOTH the reps that I had a problem with a CABIN baggage and not a CHECKEd baggage and they told me to "go to airport and if they charge you contact us later".
A joke of a company, I'm never trusting a third party airline ticket company, buy directly from the airlines

Mytrip.com is a scam

Mytrip.com is a scam. Paying for airline tickets cheap turns out no tickets. Their link for booking information is just an endless circle by saying the link is temporarily not available. Need report this scam to police.

SCAM ARTISTS....Do NOT USE MyTrips EVER

I've learned my lesson that these people are SCAM artists.
I booked a "flexible ticket" airplane ticket through this company for a cost of $268. The ticket reads, and I quote, "You can change the time and date of your travel once, without a fee. If the new ticket is more expensive, you will just need to pay the difference in the price."
When I talk to a customer service agent, the first one Shuvam told me "The price differential" between the previous ticket was $340. When I go directly to the airline website the price is $238 (even still!). This means that Shuvam supposedly went to their site and was quoted $340 +$268 or = $608.
I demanded to speak with a manager which of course was "busy" and "unable to speak right now." Finally he said he would create a 'case' and a manager would call back within 24 hours. I stated I was on tour and phone service may not work but in the end said 'yes'. (my ticket order number 1003-011-492)
I then tried to change it by chatting with an agent online. This was hilarious, too. They said over and over again (it was on repeat)...Please wait. We are finding an agent. Sorry for the wait, stay online we are still waiting for an agent. After about a half hour, it said, "Thank you for reaching out. We are currently experiencing a high volume of requests and are unable to receive further inquiries.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please chat with us again later. If you require immediate assistance, please reach us by phone or contact the airline directly."
After this, I called back to speak with Deekshaw (I'm still praying for her karma working for such an evil company...)
Deekshaw quoted me a price differential of $460 meaning that she went to Norse and saw a ticket for $460 + $268 (my original price) = $728! Hahahaha...Even the most expensive class on the airplane website was $508. By the way, the price of a new ticket is STILL less than what I paid or $238 even right now as I type. Deekshaw then said she would create a 'case'. I asked for the case number and she said there is not a case number. She quoted me a time for call back of "within 24-48 hours". I explained to her that to give a 'time frame' it's from zero to a latest number (i.e. 48). She thanked me. She also mentioned that Shuvam (the first rep) wrote down, "Customer doesn't want to wait for call back" which was a lie. I asked her if she would do the same and she said no but I also said loudly and clearly, "for anyone listening, I am waiting now for a call back"
Long story short, DO NOT USE mytrip.com! They are scam professionals. I'm trying to get back for my cousin's wedding in United States and this has truly been a horrible experience

Scam from the US.MYTRIP.COM

I booked the flight tickets with this service. I paid additional fees for flexi tickets which can be managed further. My order MAVRVK. Then i decided to cancel my booking and US.Mytrip.com denied revert any amount back. Their reply: "Your refund request has been rejected. This is because the amount repaid by the airline is lower than our handling fee." This looks like scam. Why do you charge people for possibility to refund and then denied?
NEVER EVER USE this service. You will not find even the email of customer support.
