Horrible customer service and products
Horrible customer service and products! I used to love this company, and my loyalty will now end due to how much it has changed. I ordered the exact same pair of jeans in a different color a year later and they fit and feel totally different!! Not getting a refund or store credit is going to lead to the downfall of this store. Do better. I want my money back.

Have not gotten package
It has been over a week and I have not gotten any updates on my package and I have not received my package. I have emailed you and you have not responded to me and I bought my package thinking it would be here in time and it’s not here in time and I haven’t gotten any confirmation or emails back so I’m frustrated.

The jeans are very flattering on me I got w 26 L 32 for a more relaxed fit. The quality of the jeans are pretty decent as they’re not too heavy and not too thin. I will say that the length is just a little long but I’ll probably get them tailored. If you have short legs definitely get the shortest length. For reference I’m 5’4.
