The boots I ordered in the sale were covered in scratches. I called customer service to tell them, they didn't even apologise but said the despatch warehouse were useless, had loads of returns and i was one of the last to be despatched to before they switch to a new provider. Not what I wanted to hear. I sent them back a week ago and have not had a refund or acknowledgement. I don't think much of the service.

I ordered some Barbour rain boots, size 9.5. I saw them also for sale on Orvis but in order to save $5, I ordered them here. (Never again.) Waited two weeks to get the package, and when I opened it, I discovered a pair of Barbour shoes in size 9 - not at all what I ordered. They were returned and money was refunded less the $8 return fee. I’m annoyed bc I don’t feel I should have to pay that, since it was JB’s error. And just not a very good experience overall with Jones Bootmakers.

I was just browsing in Jones in Tunbridge Wells. I have very broad feet and always have problems with choosing footwear. A very nice helpful lady called Franca assisted with at least three different types of trainer type of shoe. I choose a pair and she reassured me that they will give in width after a couple of wears. She actually made my experience of buying shoes a pleasure which is very rear indeed. Thank you Franca.

Excellent purchase for the price. Leather with a nice finish, soft. Fits perfectly. Comfortable. The arrival time to the location in the USA was 7 days. Not a fan of the sole, but overall a very Good purchase.

I bought a pair of boots that turned out to be too big. I paid for delivery shipping, I paid for return shipping. It's been a month and no refund. I would like to get my money back for the products I returned.
