I went to the Old Broad Street store in London where, the Manager Neuza, was only too happy, helpful and patient with my shoes I bought. I shall return to this wonderful store where the shoes are first rate.

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from this company. They came very poorly packed and the leather was badly creased. As they didn’t fit I sent email as requested to let them know that I wanted to return the shoes. I didn't get a reply and sent another email a few days later but still no reply. Can’t get through to this company and won’t be ordering anything else from them

Good service, patient and a good range

The quality of the boots are great. I could use a bit more website direction and. help with wide sizes/cuts but I settled with regular for now.

I think for someone looking to add a line of quality to their wardrobe with very great color, just buy Jones.

Ordering from Jones was very easy. Turn around time was sooner than I expected. The boots are very well made and fit perfectly.

I have been trying to contact you for days so that I can make a return from the US. The shoes I ordered are very attractive but do not fit well.

In spite of assurances I have never received the information necessary for making the return.
VERY disappointed.

I ordered two pairs of shoes that were discounted. Was very excited to receive them, however I was given a refund within a day or so with no explanation. I emailed the team and never heard back. Won't be purchasing anything from this store again.

Sent then two pairs of Birkenstock casual shoes for re-soling aftet local stores said they could not do the work. They were returned within a week and the quality of the work seems excellent

Really horrible made shoes not leather! I have slim feet but they would not even zip up ? They were terrible faulty when they arrived heel broken ? No after care customer support photographs can be available

Boots are poor quality and don't fit. I have tried multiple times to initiate a return. However the online returns portal doesn't work, no one answers the returns phone number, and I haven't received any response from my email return request. Therefore, I had no choice but to initiate stop payment with my credit card's fraud department.

Nice atmosphere in the shoe shop and very helpful sales assistant who helped without being intrusive. Made the shopping experience very enjoyable…thank you

I ordered my size in European, you are a European country, and I was sent an American 6 1/2. In European size that should be a size 9. I have tried to contact you for help over and over….All I wanted was a return label and I wasn’t able to get into your store to print one. It kept telling me it didn’t recognize my order number. As a size 9 (USA), I am unable to wear the pair I was sent and I’m unable to return them. So, I ask, would you be happy with your service?

I ordered a pair of boots that I was SO excited to receive, only to be refunded a couple days later with zero explanation why I would not be receiving my boots

Received my order slightly different from photo. Reduced from £75 to £35 these have Not great quality obviously been made for the sale. No name in Shoe, no paperwork ir box so now I am trying to return. I wouldn't recommend this company not the service and quality it used to be...

They lost my order and didn’t mention anything for weeks until I reached out

Placed an order over 30 days ago and have heard nothing since the order was originally confirmed. Sent a note to customer service and they promised to get back with me but no word. Will not order from them again.
