BNKR Coin its a scam on Base Chain part of coinbase. Lost Funds.

I was VERY nervous about my purchase after reading the reviews for BNKR. However, I have to say it was a great experience. Shipping time was reasonable for a US delivery. Only 12 days from order to delivery. They sent a prompt email with order confirmation and a few days later provided my DHL tracking once the item started shipping. Received my dress and it is gorgeous and as described! I can't speak for returns. But I don't buy anything overseas unless I am positive it will fit or it is steeply discounted as it's just too much of a hassle and too expensive to return!

Worst service and site they steal your money beware

I wish I’d read some of these reviews before ordering from them. The custom fees are extortionate, and should be called out more clearly under the Shipping information on the actual product page. I was asked to pay an extra €145 to receive the dress. When I asked to have it returned I was then told that I’d have to pay the cost of returning the dress PLUS the custom fees anyway! This came to €219. This is an absolute joke, I’ve ordered from different companies worldwide before and have never been asked to pay such high import fees. I don’t know if it’s because they ship everything through Hong Kong from Australia or not. People in Europe and the UK should completely avoid buying from fashion bunker UK website unless they want to pay large fees.

They stole my money!!! I ordered back in Jan 2020 and never got it!! I’ve been trying to contact but they just keep giving me inconvenient reasons just so won’t give me my money back.

Horrendous customer service and even worse return policy. Shopping for clothing online comes with a bit of a gamble as we all know. Not allowing refunds for your customers is just poor business. I would NEVER order from this company again.

My order arrived within 4 days of purchase. I had accidentally made a mistake filling in my details in the order form, but customer service was very helpful and responsive. The quality of the item was fantastic. Nicer packaging would have been appreciated considering the price of the items they sell.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, however I was astounded by how many negative ones there were. After purchasing a dress from the aus BNKR website I came across these reviews and was quite stressed that a lot were saying the website was a scam. I was more than happy with their service, I received confirmation almost immediately after purchase and received shipping information later that day. Not only was the process efficient, I actually received my order the next day (not common considering I live in a rural area). Extremely happy with my purchase and I look forward to shopping again with BNKR!

Purchase an item on 10th of March and was not dispatched, so I sent 4 email to remind and they finally reply to the last email I sent on the 6th of April telling me they can not complete the order!!!??

Purchased a top in Dec and returned it for a refund before the receivership. Have been advised that I will not be getting a refund or the item so am left completely out of pocket for nothing. This doesn't sit with posts & info provided by Fashion Bunker on all platforms regarding how they will handle these. Very disappointed & will not be shopping with Fashion Bunker again!

I ordered a dress in December and it didn’t fit so returned for a refund and apart from saying it’s authorised and sending the garment back I have received no communication whether it’s been received or not and no refund!!! I have tried emailing numerous times and calling but the contact number doesn’t work for customer care. Stay away from this store, I still have my fingers crossed it’s because of covid they can’t get to their office to sort 🤞🏻

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SHOP. I placed an order on the 05/01/2021. No confirmation email was received, however the money has been taken from my account. I have sent numerous emails over the past month and have received no response. Absolutely disgusting how they can continue to operate online. By the looks of other reviews it is not just me that this has happened to. Be very careful.

I had received an order from the online store in early Jan. I had reached out requesting for a refund/ exchange- on one of the items I had ordered, the tag on the garment and paper tag did not match. The tag on the garment indicated it was an 8, but papertag was a size 10.

I had followed up on my request 3 times: on the 12 Jan, 17 Jan and 22 Jan... and still no response.

I’m really disappointed in the customer service of Fashion Bunker. I was planning to wear one of the tops to an event but because of the wrong size it didn’t fit me and had to find an alternative retailer for the event.

The worst when it comes to customer service! This website is a scam!

This company has just gone into administration be very careful!

Although I haven't yet received my order, I really want to give a shoutout to the customer service team at BNKR. Sky and Tuandre'a were always quick to reply regarding any doubts I had.
I just really wish they would work on their website. The filters could be a lot better and, overall, it could just be a lot more user friendly. It even did that annoying thing where my cart empties out for no reason a few times, which almost stopped me from placing an order. Even then, there was a glitch while I was shopping their massive warehouse sale that removed thousands of items from the website and my wishlist, and the agent on their customer service chat was quick to let me know that they were working on it. Said and done, the issue was fixed in less than an hour. Bottom line: great clothes, great team, website needs work

Just be real cautious when purchasing. READ THROUGH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, RETURN POLICIES Etc BEFORE ANY PURCHASE!
I personally find Australian clothings real fashionable and one that suits asian cuttings, which you could rarely find in this part of the world (Europe).
1. When using promo codes, please be aware that you're only eligible for a store credit when returning and not a refund.
2. Custom duties - I got a little too excited as I thought fashionbnkr had a UK based office as the website I was linked in Europe was into the UK fashionbnkr webpage. Little did I know that the clothings purchased would have been shipped from HK! (ie. is subjected to custom duties), so now unfortunately I have been charged custom duties.
So all in all, I due to be left with almost 350 Euros worth of store credit (clothings that I am due to return), in which I also have to forge out an extra 150+ for custom duties for whatever I am purchasing in the future!
Overall, the quality of the clothings are great, BUT I certainly wouldn't purchase from them again, so make sure you READ THROUGH THE PURCHASING, SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES before any purchase with them!

Terrible customer service which seems to be the common experience for most people who shop here. I received a pair of faulty pants with a button missing and rip in the pocket lining. They responded to my email promptly but never mentioned return shipping. So I called them out on it asking if they are expecting ME to fund the return international shipping when they are at fault for sending me a defect item! Then they offered $10 for postage!! SUCH JOKE! When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they said they don't have the facilities to provide pre-paid returns and "I am unsure what else you would like us to provide to have a better experience?" READ and ACKNOWLEDGE THE FEEDBACK from others about your poor and rude customer service responses instead of getting defensive at every feeedback!! THAT's why people are upset!! One of the worst online places to shop!

This is the first review I have ever written for a clothing store. After making a purchase with BNKR I thought I probably should have checked reviews as I had never purchased with them before and wasn’t overly sure if they had an Australian base or were in America. After reading ALL of these crazy bad reviews I was worried about my purchase. BUT I ordered my product on Friday. It arrived on Monday (I live in regional NSW). It was a decent quality that I though matched the price I paid. So just thought I’d let anyone who does what I did and checks the reviews after they purchased, that it’s not all bad. Looks like some people are just repetitively slandering this brand.
