The clock was in good condition and arrived in a timely manner.

You sent me the wrong watch strap even though I gave you the exact model number from when I purchased the watch. I tried to make it fit and ruined it. So once again the watch sits unworn in my safe. Perhaps you could contact me and try to send me the correct watch strap this time.

I thought I was getting a regular sized alarm clock, but seems small like a travel clock. Plus seems cheap, like all plastic.
No glass face, like stated and the rest plastic as well. Plus for price….,very disappointed ☹️

I bought a watch from this brand one time in a shop it was good quality and is still working after 1 year. I was looking on brahns store for an alarm clock.
I then found one it was excellent the sound is perfect, the glow dial is amazing, and finally the increasing volume to encourage you to wake up is excellent. The international shipping was faster than any other brands from europe.

Very sleek-looking clock with a modern and minimal design that I like. It's easy to set and the buttons are very intuitive. My only issue with the alarm clock is the charging station on top - sometimes I need to slightly move the phone several times before it actually starts charging.

I ordered the BC12 alarm clock and BC17 wall clock. I’ve been so disappointed by these products that I feel compelled to write a response, and if I could give them zero stars I would. I purchased both clocks based on reviews and with the knowledge that they were German design and manufactured and therefore a higher quality product as the price mark reflects. However I was disappointed firstly when they arrived in January to find that the country of manufacture of both products is not listed anywhere on the box, website or anywhere I have searched. In other words it seems the company has done as much as they can to hide that fact that they are obviously not made in Germany anymore. I became even more disenchanted when I opened the wall clock back case to insert the battery and found that my $75AUD wall clock contained nothing more than an extremely cheap, chintzy Chinese quartz movement inside. Pretty disgusting to be honest, and nor is the movement incredibly accurate... After roughly 8 weeks of use I noticed that the BC12 alarm clock started to lose time, significant amounts of it too of up to 5 minutes or so a week. I replaced the battery, which was already new 8 weeks previous, and it continued to do the same thing. I have to say that I am extremely disappointed in these products and that the level of quality does not even begin to reflect the price point at which they are marketed. I cannot use the alarm clock any longer because it is inaccurate and the wall clock I have taken down as well, really a great waste of 84GBP... At this price point I really expected a much higher quality product than I received, which to be honest is on par with something I would find in a 2 dollar junk store... Will not buy again and will never recommend to anyone.

I love the size

Great that the time is so big and bright and easy to see, but it's annoying that the alarm set time cannot be turned off. It's always there, even if the alarm is not set.

I had a coupon that I wanted to use right after I placed the order. I emailed customer service right away to adjust the price.

I heard nothing back.

I still haven't received my order after one month and all of my emails to the provided support email fail to send to the recipient—I'm hoping this adds some visibility to it ;) I want to love the watch, but I don't have it yet!

Update 9/13/21: After a long delivery mix-up I did receive a replacement watch. It’s an attractive watch—clean and minimal without losing its utility as a clock. I think the design stands the test of time. The second and minute hands don’t always align to the tick marks, but I think that’s a reasonable trade-off at the price point.

Great, but review requests annoying!

Half the order was incorrect! Luckily I ordered two watches, because only one of the watches I ordered was shipped. The other was a completely different product.

Many years ago (1970s-yikes!) I purchased one of the original Braun models, a tiny black travel alarm clock. It took me all through college and on travels, finally lost it in a move and was never able to find another. Finally found Braun again while browsing for alarm clocks online. Really like the small circular gray model with lime green alarm detail. Thanks for being here and continuing your version of great design.

Slow shipping. Customs hold package still hasn’t arrived; very disappointed! Honestly waste of time. Braun sending via sail mail after charging customer top expensive shipping cost. Sad to see poorly run companies that’s do not manager logistics properly.

The good: looks nice.

The less good: poor quality materials and parts. The alarm noise emits from a very cheap piezo buzzer. I want to be woken by a sine wave not a distorted sawtooth! It doesn’t increase in volume, it stars with one beep per second and then increase to 2 beeps then 3, and it is not loud enough to wake a heavy sleeper or be heard in a room with a noise AC running or other background noise. The switches for turning the alarm and backlight on are ok but the slider switch for selecting alarm setting or time setting mode is really cheap and nasty, gets stuck, doesn’t positively locate in one of 3 positions, I expect it will fail rather quickly. Finally the clock gains 3 seconds a day when not connected to the radio signal. I have to take my clock to the bedroom window for it to latch on to the signal which takes a while so in order to keep the clock remotely accurate I have to move it around my bedroom, hardly convenient, less convenient than simply setting the clock to an accurate source, making the radio setting function redundant. So you may as well spend one tenth of the price on a simple well made accurate bedside clock with a nice sounding alarm that really starts quiet and gets louder.
