It’s 2023 and they are making insane amounts on what they can hire good devs to make their platform to be good, but it still stays the worst and most bagged and lagged platform ever. They’re constantly experiencing DDoS attacks, games aren’t working properly, and what killed me most, it’s that I couldn’t login with the existing account, they would tell me to register a new one, but when I do that and entering the same email I had account registered on it says “email is already in use, try to login with existing account?” Such a joke, the platform is garbage and it sucks so bad
NEVER BUY FROM BLIZZARD
I cannot access my battle net account because my old phone which had the authenticator, broke.I contacted support, 8 TIMES!! Guess what they did? Nothing, nothing at all. I have been a customer for 2 ish years. Spent like $100 on some cod games. Worst decision EVER. When you contact support, you talk to LITERAL MONKEYS. EVERYONE THERE HAS LIKE 5 IQ, I'm so pissed rn. I spend like 2 hours in total talking and messaging them and then I keep talking to literal braindead people. NEVER USE BATTLE NET

I have purchased COD from this site. after installing everything I wasn't able to play campaign mode because of infinite loading. I tried every solution from the internet, still no luck. even I cannot contact with their support.

I don't have an authenticator attached to my account anymore. I was told by the app that everything has been moved to the Battle.net app, yet it keeps asking for the authenticator code that I don't have access to. So pretty much I am locked out of my Blizzard games until something can be done about it, with all the money Activation Blizzard puts into customer service, I am sure that it wont be long....

There is not much positive I can say about this company or I suppose Blizzard games period. First there was the terrible roll out of Diablo IV which so many bugs and glitches that the game is still experiencing new updates and patches weekly. Sometimes these require you to log into your battle.net account. Recently I was playing another game on my PS5 console with a friend who was logged on under their own Playstation ID. They left and I picked up their controller without realizing they had not logged out. I started Diablo IV and was again asked to sign into my battle.net account. I did this and then was notified that my battle.net account had now been successfully changed to my friends playstation account. And get this, it cannot be changed for 364 days? So I am locked out completed of a game I paid over $100.00 for and have only been playing for a month or so. Not sure how Blizzard or Battle net decided all of this but it is hand in hand with the lack of customer support which is non existent. I have sent several requests for help with no replay. The whole Diablo IV experience for me is the worst I have ever had in all my years of game playing. From the problems with their servers crashing when they lunched the game to the user's BETA testing the game even after its official launch. And again endless updates and log ins required because after 10 years in development why wouldn't you launch a game so completely untested and unstable? I have played many games from many vendors and I loved Diablo 3. Couldn't wait for this one to come out. And honestly in spite of all of its problems and glitches I was learning to enjoy it. But now I am out that experience as well as the more than $100.00 paid for the game. With all the problems these guys are having one would hope they would invest in some customer support help. But then again it seems they cannot even hire adequate game creators to help code and test the game itself before it was launched to the public. So again no surprise they are MIA, when you want some help. For now it is deleted from my console, and I am leaving negative reviews for this vendor and this game wherever I can leave a review.

I downloaded a game, which required phone verification, let alone this dumb shi, when I put in my phone, they reject it without a valid reason.
Go to see, that my region is not the one I am located in and I can't simply change it but have to provide them with a picture of residency which I am not gonna do because its my privacy.
So now I essentially can't play nor do sh* on my account because they have some stupid change requirements.
Underwhelming
Constant can not connect, then they tell me I haven't paid for a license that I HAVE PAID for. Then the game wont work, wont load, crashes the whole PC.. and I have a very good PC i9-9900k, 3900RTX, Samsung 970 SSD... but this experience is just shiz..

How do I give a 0 star rating? They have refused to give me a refund and I just purchased the game less than 12 hours ago. The game has horrendous performance and I have less than an hour of playtime. I don't even know why they have a refund option at this point because unless you refund the game the literal second after you buy it you will have passed the deadline.
