These guys are the softest losers ever! You can’t say anything in chat without getting your account suspended! You wanna tell your teammate they suck? 2 week suspension! You wanna talk smack to the other team? 1 month suspension! Back in the day on call of duty you could say whatever you wanted and no one cares Now they’re pussys that can’t handle one little bit of smack talk? accidently added 23$ to my blizzard balance to pay for my one month sub for 22$. they refuse to take the money and give me the game time, i said if they cant do it refund me it and ill do it with my card. completely ignored me. takes 12 hours at least for a response so you never know what they are going to do.

Game Master Phyalaera here, I can see you would like to change the payment method from your subscription to your Battle.net Balance, and here is what I found.

Having done the pertinent investigation, I found out that it is not possible to set Battle.net Balance as a payment method for a subscription.
Battle.net Balance cannot be used to setup a subscription, but you can buy 2 months of game time with it.

ugh i do not have the money to purchase that all i had was what i sent to my account balance is there anyway you can convert it for me or something literally have nothing left and this game kills my anxiety

im so sorry i have tried to contact about this issue and im not sure if the other agent got my response. i accidently added my game time money to my blizzard account balance and now cannot pay for my subscription, can you please help me or issue me a refund for the 23$ so i can do it from my card it was the last of the money i had

the 30 days was only 21$ so i sent 23 blizz can keep the other 2$ can you please just put the 30 days on for me and take the 23$ from my account balance and i will be sure to fix the issue by next payment, i lost access now.

According to your message, I can understand that you would like to purchase 30 days of WOW game time for your account with your Blizzard Balance, but you only have the option to buy it with credit card. Let me explain you something.

Justin, Blizzard Balance can be used to purchase digital game time, but not recurring subscriptions. In this moment, you can buy 1 month, 3 or 6 months of WOW subscriptions. But you only have the option to buy 60 days of game time.
In this case, if you want to use your Blizzard Balance, you will have to buy the 60 days digital game time pack, as it is the only option. However, if you want to buy only one month, then you will need to use a credit/ debit card, or a PayPal account to do it.

Blizzard, a company with sexually assaultin CEOs. a company has has ruined many games. A company thats rigged the droprate for streamers. I really hope they go bancrupt.

why do I need to manually enable allowing friend requests in the settings after logging back in after 1-2 years and need to be friends with someone for long enough before I can gift them a game? Wtf?? I'm trying to gift my friend black ops cold war to play with him and another friend but now I'm over here having to log into his account to get it just because we haven't been friends long enough. What is this bullshit? Even from the start it was rough, but holy shit this whole process could've taken ~3 minutes on steam while it's taking over 15 on here. Really nice.

Diablo 4 is amazing. Lots of enthusiasm to keep players interested in game content. Every time I’ve submitted a ticket I do get a response. Ive never had my account hacked, locked or my personal information stolen. Good company that just needs fresh ideas!

The program acts like a virus after you install it. I’ve been trying to uninstall it for hours but the pop ups wont stop

Your servers routinely can't simply operate. Why can't you figure out how to operate a server > 70% of the time. I have to routinely hit cntl-alt-del just to get out of the POS software. It is absolutely horrible. Time and time again.

I put zero if it was an option… what in the world are they trying to prove anyway??? Not worth it. Pointing .. authenticators … garbage screens that don’t make sense .. really???

I downloaded this to find my old account was banned (unsure what for I havent had a pc in years). so to try and play with my brother sooner I create another account and purchase the game we wanted to play (mind you it cost 100usd). 2 hours after purchasing and the transaction goes through on my bank they ban that account. I already created another ticket however I give up with this company. All they want is you to pay them for nothing and to steal your money. I recommend steam or any other game platform. I absolutely recommend you dont use or purchase. 1000s down the drain for a scumbag company.

Tried to download warzone after years of not playing it. They have no only killed the game with bugs, they also made it near impossible to download, optimize, or even get into a game. Not to mention battlenet taking up 60% utilization on its own, which a launcher taking up that much cpu is bonkers. that goes back to optimization. 10/10 recommend if you hate yourself.

This is easily one of the most hideous pieces of horrorware ever created by mankind. Whereas many other platforms have smoothed out their rough edges, Battle.net has only sharped its rough edges to be razor sharp to cut into your brain every time you attempt to use this demonware. Avoid this software at all costs, no matter how much you want to play that game... don't. It is not worth it, no game is worth installing this horrendous, horrible program that has been awful since the beginning of time and the developers seemingly have sought only to make it worse with the passage of time. I am warning you, my fellow gaming friend... no matter how badly you want to play that game, do not install this terrible, terrible software and don't support the abhorrent (Brave's AI defines "abhorrent" as: "something that is deeply disliked, hateful, or morally reprehensible" which describes the developers of Battle.net accurately, it is clear that they hate real gamers) and borderline malicious people that create and "maintain" it. One of the worst experiences of my entire life and I'm not young. I would put a witch's voodoo curse on this app but I'm afraid it is already there.

This website has to be a joke!! So this is how it started, I was making myself an account and it was going ok I filled everything in, no problems till that point, until I reached the horrendous human detector. I was stuck for 5 hours trying to make myself an account but I couldn't it kept saying I'm not a HUMAN! But I'am, so I looked for help in the internet and I did everything I read I tryed clearing the cookies,doping is from another computer with another email, I tryed in incognito in both computers I even tried in my laptop hoping for some miracle to happen... And a miracle did happen after all the frustration I whent through I broke my mouse, The RELIFE I have now of not being able to click on the little button that says next is GLORIOUS! AAHH, delitfull, I'm not eaven gona try to make an account anymore. I would give -∞ stars but don't have the option.

Worst customer service ever. My authenticator died, phone number changed. Reached out for help on November 27. Sent in all info they asked for and here it is christmas day and STILL no help. So much for my wow anniversary this year because I cannot log in at all whatsoever.

Shocking customer service. Upon creating an account I was asked to add my phone number for verification purposes, which I had no problem with, however system is refusing to accept my phone number although it is from a supported country pay monthly phone. System throws an error "Please enter a post-paid phone number". Customer services claiming the number can't be used as not supported, but it is from a supported country pay monthly phone number, which works perfectly with all other gaming platforms for SMS notifications such as EA Games. Customer services refusing to investigate with technical team and suggesting me to get a new number, unbelievable. Just realised how many issues people have with Battle.net coming here where no one is actually willing to look into the problem.

Trash automatic management, even worse than paypal bots, cannot report or review anything.

Absolutely ridiculous and tedious account creation process. Additionally, once you've finally managed to make an account and are ready to play a game, which ideally you buy/subscribe to, the payment isn't immediately verified and added to your account. You have to wait 48 hours or more for the balance to be added. Furthermore there is no option to chat with customer service/a human.

im trying to log into call of duty then it says put in a code that we sent on sms oh then theres no code sent to me then i wait 30 mins still no code then i remove my phone number and try to put it back to see if that will work now i cant put in my phone number cause it says that my phone number is not aloud or smth and this happend for 5 YEARSS 5 YEARS yess 5 YEARS and battlenet is getting away with an actual scam maybe would be richer if you made it instead of phonenumber its email have you ever thought about no cause battlenet loves scamming you

I was banned before I ever played the game. The appeal process didn't go my way. Obviously there is a bug in Battle.net's systems so I will avoid all games that depend on Battle.net

I've issued a Subject Access request. They are now working on getting my data to me.

Come on. I just want to play a game my sister plays. We had an hour call trying to get me on Overwatch. Battle.net wont let me past the "are you human" part.
