Ironically a 1X designed bike

Ironically a 1X designed bike, which killed my love of 1X. I’ve ridden 1X for 2 years on gravel, road, track, and mtb. The strada has been the WORST bike I have ever owned, and I owned an SE Draft for a winter bike. Adam Blythe was right, it’s crap and a track bike with gears.

Ultimately I was sold a defective $6k…

Ultimately I was sold a defective $6k bike. The bike was not packaged well for shipping compared other companies like Competitive Cyclist. The group set was faulty (cassette came loose on every ride), and the build from 3T had issues like kinked brake hoses. Customer service did NOTHING. I will never buy another 3T product.

Really inconsistent service and shady practices …

Really inconsistent customer service once they have your money. Been trying to get a refund for weeks now. They just take their time to respond and when they did respond is was an attempt to either confirm that I’m requesting a refund or to rekindle the sale. Whatever they can to avoid the return. Even if it’s not responding to you. I’ve confirmed 3 times that I want a refund. Still no refund or follow up.

I ordered the frame back in June and the rep kept telling me that it’s going to ship early next week. Come early next week, no items were shipped. So I reach out again, and I get the same answer. This ploy of theirs carried on week after week. Lie after lie.

For the bars, the website indicated that they were in stock and would ship in 1-2 weeks. Fast forward 2 weeks, I follow up and their response was that it was a preorder for September arrival. There’s no indication that it was a preorder on the website, it was “In Stock” ships in 1-2 weeks.

Also, they made zero statements in regards to the killing of black people all around the world. Don’t support silent brands. BLM.

Update:8/17/20 - They ignored my request and shipped the product anyway. Despite me confirming my refund.

Update 2: 8/17/19 - Buyer pays shipping for returns.
