After 2 months, product still has not arrived. I've contacted them multiple times and the first couple of times they assured me the product had been shipped and was in transit. Now there is just no response. I've asked for a refund and no response to that either. SCAM!!

Update… several days after I posted this review, they did offer and process a refund.

They don't honor refund policy, product is of very small portion,comes in a similar caprisun size pouch for $32 and works same as any other conditioner .The website reviews are fake and won't let you write one.Product took almost two weeks to ship and about a month to be delivered.This is a China product coming from overseas.

I absolutely love this Collagen Hair Mask from UrCoolest. The first time I ordered it, delivery took about 12 days. I tried it and have now used it twice, and the results were fantastic.
Because I liked it so much, I just placed a new order for two masks instead of one, and this time delivery was much faster — only 6 days.
This is not a “magic” product and it doesn’t straighten the hair, but it hydrates beautifully, leaves the hair feeling soft, healthy, and well cared for. For me, it’s an excellent product and definitely worth repurchasing.

It is 3 months since ordering and i still dont have the product. I dont even have an order number. If anything changes i will update here. So far it looks like a scam. Not sure if the people who posted 5 stars are fake or 1 in 10 customers actually receives what they ordered..

Beware, do not buy from this company, they are a fraud. The shipping was way off from the start, after 6 weeks I never received my order, when I contacted customer service the next day shipping was updated to delivered at 4:29 am. This was a lie as well my post office has never delivered anything at 4:29 am in my life. They don't even open until 8:00am. The company refuses to refund me. I will be opening an investigation with post office & whatever other actions I can take as this company seems to be doing this way too often. If the company does ever refund me I will take my review down so long as it remains I was not refunded.

I purchased the shampoo and hair mask. My hair looks fantastic... I’m aware there are negative reviews, but in my experience... it’s an excellent product.

Many days passed and no news about my package, they are not available at their "site" and either is the tracking. I think is scam

A very expensive scam. The videos on social media illustrate the product on hair becoming extremely shiny, soft, silky and straight. Believe me, this is a scam. Whilst it leaves the hair soft and feels silky when on, it works like any high street product - there is no justification for the very expensive price as you can get a similar effect with L'Oréal bond repair or other deep conditioning products. The next day, my hair is a mess where bonding products leave it straight but full bodied. Don't bother unless you want very expensive hair products that don't do what they say on social media.

This is a total scam! Never received any products, and they refuse to return the money or send new. Stay away from this firm!

The worst experience ever! My package was lost and Urcoolest customer service is doing nothing! All they are saying "we are sure that package was delivered". The post office confirmed that the item wasn't delivered to my door and that the seller needs to contact the post office to start investigation, but UrCoolest don't care at all

BEWARE! Do not order from them!! They are SCAMMERS! They have misleading advertisement. You will buy the one they advertised that will make your hair silky and glassy but what they will send you is a shampoo which is not to make your hair silky because you need the mask. And I emailed them and they said I have to use all their products first for it to work. then WHY THE HELL YOU DID NOT SAY THAT IN YOUR AD!! AND NOW THAT THEY SHIPPED ME THE SHAMPOO WHICH WILL NOT WORK UNTIL YOU BUY THE MASK WHICH COST A FORTUNE!! And when you ask for a refund? THEY WILL NOT REPLY ANYMORE And they are ALL GONE IN THE WIND!!! THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE THE ONE ⭐️ !!! SCAMMERS!!

I wish there was a zero star available. These SCAMMERS do not even deserve one star. I purchased 3 items from them on 3 February last year for 166 American dollars ( around 245 Australian Dollars).

I have not received the items and when I followed up with the Post they said the items were returned to the sender.

I have been following up with them for months now.to get a refund They responded to my first correspondence and asked for the tracking number which I did provide them but they stopped responding to my emails and other contacts made with them via texting to the number provided as well as the contact form on their website. My last contact was yesterday via texting and contact form on the website but they haven’t responded.
BEWARE. They are a total SCAM..

I purchased an Instyler, and it was defective. Customer service asked me to send a video when I emailed them requesting instructions to return the item. I sent a video showing how my old Instyler works and how the one I purchased from them was pulling my hair instead of straightening it. They said I was using it the wrong direction, which is not true since I have had my old Instyler since 2008 using it same way. They also suggested for me to use the old Instyler to do one side and the new one for the other side. I explained that the item was supposed to work, and that it does not make any sense to purchase an Instyler just to be able to do only half of my hair. I kept requesting instructions to return the item. They offered a 20% refund, or to return the item to their warehouse in China. The warehouse would then refund the money once they had received the item. At this point I did not trust this company. I decided to accept the refund since I did not want to keep wasting time and money. I was afraid I would pay for the shipping to China, and that they would say that they never received the product. This company is not trust worthy, and it does not take responsibility for their faulty products.

I purchased a product from this company and it did not work, it was faulty. I emailed the customer service, they only responded once telling me the product is meant to "work over time," I explained that the product did not work when plugged in to begin with to "work over time." They have since not responded after sending three more emails asking for my refund. They are not a good company, do not purchase from here.
