maar in principe gewoon perfect.

This website changed their name to ucdkeys.com now. I tried to buy an office 360 license (which cost usd5 on the website) but the transactions failed both times i tried. A few days later transactions were made on my credit card ranging from usd700 to above usd3000. Luckily i noticed it early and my bank rejected these transactions.
Watch out with these websites, they sell stuff at "too good to be true" prices only to collect your credit card and personal info. They will continually change the website name in order to avoid bad reviews.

I purchased a 2PC Windows 10 Pro license from this site. I installed it in one pc but when I try to install in the second one, it fails and says that the activation code is not valid.

I contacted the "customer service" they were not helpful, rude and stopped responding. No reply via email also. I was never informed (during my purchase or after) that I would have a limited time to use the keys that I bought.

This is not the way to do business, this is very misleading and it seems that the aim is to trick clients.

Don't buy win keys, they not working. Save your money!!!

bought the windows 10 pro key it said that the key will be sent within 10 minutes or so, a day later passes i check my emails to check if the key has been sent (I already paid btw) i got sent an email saying something about a product code, i then clicked the link to just be redirected to my inbox which was empty. To sum it up dont buy this is a scam

j'ai du reinsstaler mon windows. Donc j'ai réinstaller par la suite le office que j'ai acheter en licence chez ce site impossible de l'activer voici leur réponse :

Purchased a Windows 11 Home key. Didnt work.
Advised to reset my laptop which I did.
Laptop is now damaged and will not work.
Only change was adding the key provided by Urcdkeys.
Will not respond to messages after I asked for a refund.
Now with Paypal Disputes to resolve.
DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE.

They sell you lifetime serial codes and it is true, but in reality they dont tell you all you have to know.
in your account you can see all you past purchase for at least 1 or 2 years so that means if you need this code after this period of time you must have the email with the order number and ask for the support service. in case you dont have it means that you bought a limited time use serial code insted and no one will help you. i suggest to all buyers to keep the codes in a personal file and not on this site. i feel dissapointment about this because its like i wasted my money for something i thought it was lifetime.

so DONT TRUST THE SITE AS A CODE ARCHIVE. they delete all files after a period on time

i bought a pro oem key however it doesnt work i, i messaged customer service and they dont reply, if urcdkeys does read this can you please make my key work or give me a refund

used techsourcesd link to ensure that i did not visit some other place and got a windows key that works. used paypal to be sure tho.

I bought 3 windows 10 "Genuine Keys" since I was planning to build PCs for me and Family.

all the keys wont work and the support chat gave me childish excuses and then completely ignored me

Bought a supposedly "genuine" full MS Office 2016 pro key but it doesn't work. They claimed I waited too long to use it which is ridiculous since "genuine" keys don't have use-by dates.

This company is fraudulent - STAY AWAY - not worth it no matter how cheap they may seem to be...

I bought a LIFETIME office 365 key for 5 computers and login does not work and said i need an admin to assign a license. that was the fastest expired lifetime i have ever seen.....my login does not even work. please refund

I purchased 3 Windows 10 Pro OEM Global product keys from these guys just before the pandemic hit and hadn't had a chance to use any of the keys until now. Windows Activation told me the keys were invalid so I called Microsoft to try to activate by phone but the customer agent there told me the keys were for Windows 7 Ultimate (not 10 Pro) and were blocked. URCDKey told me since the purchase was so long ago, all they would do was give me a discount on future purchases. Why would I ever spend money with them again after being provided a blocked key for the wrong product?

Paid for a windows 10 pro key that didn’t work. The person I talked to was rude and told me I’d get a refund whenever they get to it. Only 20 bucks but stay away from them!

Paid for a key out of my PayPal…it got taken out of my account…but no key, and it still says unpaid. I did it again and same thing…I NEED A REFUND AND A KEY LLEASE!!!!
