I ordered a perfume from Urbis Parfums with high expectations, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.
When the fragrance arrived, the scent was unpleasant and did not match the description or expectations set on the website. It had a sour and off-putting smell that made it impossible for me to wear.
I contacted customer service to request a return. However, my return was refused. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously. The communication left me with the impression that customer satisfaction is not a priority.
As a customer, I understand that scent perception is subjective. However, when a product is clearly not usable for me and there is no flexibility in resolving the issue, it raises concerns about the company’s return policy and service standards.
I am sharing this experience so that other buyers are aware and can make an informed decision before purchasing.
