Customer Service is Non-Existent
Bought a case, the Bratz Puffer Case-Sasha. Wasn't too happy with it because in the picture, it looked smaller. It was too big for my liking. I contacted customer service.
A rep (Gal) emailed me the next day and asked to send a picture of the phone on its original case for approval of return. Did that the same day. It has been a week. No emails. I contacted them through their Instagram page. Nothing. They have a 10 day window to return items. It has surpassed due to their lack id communication on their side. Others on Instagram have also complained that they do not receive replies to their emails and messages.
