I sent photos of the items I received which are in very poor condition, and they didn’t want to offer full refund and doesn’t offer free return on shipping either . I’ll never buy from this merchant , and those YouTuber promoting the website really have to consider if this is the right company you wanna partner with, ruin your reputation!

I ordered two jackets from Urban Revivo! Shipping took about two weeks but it was so worth it because I was so impressed by the material of the jackets. I ordered two different tweed-style jackets and they both were very structured and thick! I got so many compliments and comments from people thinking the jackets were from Aritzia but they were less than $100 from Urban Revivo. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Jackets.
Ordered a multi coloured tweed box jacket with chain detail and also a black boucle ‘Chanel’ style box jacket. Ordered a large as I’m a UK size 12. Both jackets arrived within a week. Quality and design is amazing. Perfect fit. Just need to shorten sleeves on the black box jacket as they were an inch too long but that’s no problem. Excellent items for the price.

Impossible to arrange refund and postage
For two weeks trying to arrange a return from the UK. It took a week to come back to me with some offers of discount, eventually saying to ship (at own expense) to OMAHA, NE, US. There is no postal address. I requested it several times via emails and chat. There is no response. I have no confidence that I receive response, able to ship back and eventually get a refund. Highlighly stressful situation and now lack of trust in this retailer. Agree with all the reviews.

I loved my Fluffy Pink and Green Cardigans
I'm always on the lookout for unique and excellent collections. I was thrilled to find beautiful tweed cardigans in the latest UR collection and (I must have them) so I purchased Contrast Trim Faux Pearl Button Cardigans in Green and Fluffy Pink. The fabric and the buttons are elegant. XS was a comfortable fit which makes it exciting to mix and match to different outfits. Shipping time was as promised and the packaging was very good. I appreciate the 'thank you' card included in the pouch, it made the shopping experience with UR always a pleasure.

Will never ever order from them again. They said “easy returns” but in reality it’s hell. From getting your return approved, to shipping, and then getting them to process it… could take weeks or months! Avoid like the plague!!!!

Great products and service
So far, my experience with Urban Revivo has been great. I love their products and quality is very good. I have been buying online nearly for a year now. Their service is good. Shipping is very fast, tracking information provided by their courier partner is very UpToDate and helpful.
I have given 1 star less as I have not requested any return/refund so far and I read other reviews about return service not being good.

Withholding full judgment
Withholding full judgment until I’ve had a chance to wear and wash the sweater ~ Let’s see if it still looks good after washing. The two tweed bags are very cute with surprisingly good looking hardware. My problem with Urban Revivo was that my items “shipped” and then sat for two weeks in China until I emailed (twice) to find out what was going on. Then they sent me a new tracking number with a different shipping company. Ended up taking just over three weeks to receive my items. Customer service could use some improvement.

I bought 1 jumper and 1 hat, both are seemingly good quality for the price, but I usually double check quality with washing (following washing instructions strictly) and using at least one time. Both items are very beautiful. Next time I would like to try to buy some trousers to verify the cut.
