I liked it very much, I recommend it

While I haven't purchased my mattress from this shop (yet), my experience overall was positive. The owner was easy to talk to, patient and very informative. I didn't feel judged for being out of touch with today's mattress prices. He gave me a lot of think about around what I actually need and for how much.

I will be going back and will likely purchase from him.

Imagine a family of 7 moving back to the states without anything to sleep on. That was where we were this past July. I knew Shane and the type of person that he is and even though we were 4 hours outside his normal customer base location we were convinced it was worth it. Every one of our beds is perfect for each individual. We told him what we were looking for and he met our requests specific and personally. And the price? We could not beat it anywhere. We even had special needs of pick up and the fellas were there to help us. So thankful and sleeping well back in Texas. Thanks Shane and Urban Mattress.

Awesome mattress - this is the 3rd I've gotten from them. Quick, prompt service and delivery.

I love my queen pillow from Urban Mattress. The best part is the pillow has a zipper so I can remove the extra filling until I get the right amount and feel for my pillow!

I ordered online, and my mattress took longer to get here than I thought it would, although to be fair, it came in the time frame it said it would.

The quality of the mattress is excellent and was packed very efficiently with minimal waste. The shipping time frame was vague. I had to call customer service to find out when, and they still couldn't tell me when it would ship. They said it should be Friday, but might not be until Monday and you should receive it same day. We ended up getting our mattress on Tuesday. We received a notice of delivery at 3pm Tuesday and the mattress had already been delivered around 7:30am in the morning. Just made it a little difficult to watch for the mattress since we didn't want it sitting on our porch for a long time.

Excellent in all ways. Especially comfort every night.
