Amazing food! I had chilli and rice with cheese and salad. Had it friday and saturday. Looking forward to monday to try the buttermilk chicken burger. Also lovely people! 10/10

Fantastic experience from Ben at the Preston branch of Urban Kitchens. He came and gave us ideas on how we could maximise the awkward kitchen space we have. He managed to sort out a stunning kitchen for us. The quality of the units are fabulous. They've been fitted to perfection. We've had lots of input all along the way not rushed, and had chats on changes required right up until being delivered. Can't recommend enough for the experience of Ben to the quality of the kitchen to the fitter Liam, who was exceptional. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing for a new kitchen.. thanks to you all 🤗

The transformation of our kitchen is simply stunning and we can say that we have got our dream kitchen.

We thought getting a new kitchen would be short term pain for long term gain but from design to completion it has been a delight to get a new kitchen from Urban Kitchens. Ben and Beth were informative and gave us fresh ideas, the fitters Urban recommended were clean workers, skilled and efficient. Finished on time, fair price, the result is fabulous. Beth’s overview of the whole project has been first class.

What can I say but the kitchen and utility is pure perfection and I don’t use them words lightly! We couldn’t be more happy with the full end to end service we received from Ian including site visit. Ian went above and beyond to ensure the doors matched the style of our internal doors to give that continuity of style throughout. We received a sample door to ensure the colour matched our expectation. The end product is outstanding quality and completes our home!

From the initial consultation to final completion, the entire experience was excellent – and I now have a beautiful new kitchen that I’m absolutely delighted with.

I first came across Kam Designs and it's sister company Urban Kitchens when my daughter was planning her kitchen last year. I was involved in exploring options with her, and after meeting with various companies, she chose Urban. I saw first-hand the quality of their work and service, so when it came to replacing my own kitchen this year, I didn’t need to look anywhere else – I was confident they were the right choice.

Everyone I dealt with at Kam and Urban was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They handled everything apart from the skip hire, which meant I didn’t have to coordinate multiple trades – it all ran smoothly and efficiently.

Ben created a fantastic design, offering ideas I hadn’t considered, which greatly improved both the layout and use of space. The variety of styles, colours, and finishes available is impressive – there's something to suit every taste and budget, right down to the handles, taps, and sinks.

The units themselves are beautifully made and of excellent quality. I chose Bosch appliances (my usual go-to for their reliability), but there were plenty of other brands available as well.

Chris, who fitted the kitchen, was exceptional. His attention to detail and commitment to perfection really stood out – especially as my cottage presented a few challenges with its uneven levels and exposed beams. Chris handled it all with skill and care. He was also a pleasure to have around, completely trustworthy, and kept everything remarkably clean and tidy throughout. A true craftsman.

The electrician, Matt, was also great to work with – punctual, efficient, and tidy. He even neatly arranged cables on top of units that won’t be seen, which says a lot about his standards.

The whole team clearly take pride in what they do. Their enthusiasm, professionalism, and dedication made the entire process a pleasure.

If you’re considering a new kitchen, I can wholeheartedly recommend Kam Designs and Urban Kitchens. I’m already recommending them to friends and clients, and I do so without hesitation.

I would highly recommend Urban Kitchens, Ben and the team did an amazing job designing and keeping me up to date with everything. Chris the fitter is very reliable and knowledgeable, he can't do enough for you. If I ever needed another kitchen I wouldn't hesitate to use Urban again.

Doesn’t matter how much of a rush or busy, would be happy to give your driver who was in front of me on (south drive, Fulwood at around 5-ish) proper driving lessons or ban them for driving recklessly lack of coming sense driving, nearly had a head on crash with another car when it was not. their right of way!!!

Ben made our experience with Urban Kitchens an absolute pleasure. He couldn’t do enough for us. A really knowledgeable guy who helped us with our design layout initially and gave us a really good idea of what would work well for our new kitchen. We wanted to swap our oven for a different model, no problem. We had some marks in the doors; these were replaced without us even having to ask. You can’t really ask for better service than that, can you? Chris, our fitter, followed suit. His attention to detail was second to none and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. A* service from A* people.

If you’re after a new kitchen, don’t even hesitate to go with Urban Kitchens. They’ve got big name kitchen brands beaten hands down. Thanks Ben and Chris!

Highly recommend urban kitchens. From our initial idea, they have accommodated with efficiency, all of our requirements within the design. The choice of colour, style and appliances have been perfect and we are thrilled. Excellent after care.

Really smooth buying process. Kept up to date by Ben and was always responsive via email and call which made life really easy for both myself and my fitter. Quality is great, and very fairly priced. Would recommend to anyone considering other alternatives and the new showroom is much better!

We recently moved into a 3 year old new build house and wanted to add some additional storage and a breakfast bar to the existing kitchen. Urban kitchens have been fantastic from start to finish. Ben has been really personable, helpful and professional. The end result has surpassed our expectations. We used their recommended joiner (Chris) and we would highly recommend both parties. Chris arrived on time, was super efficient and meticulous in his work. We would have no hesitation in recommending Urban Kitchens as a 5 star service.

Our kitchen was supplied by Urban Kitchens about 5 years ago. We noticed that the edging strips on some doors and drawer fronts was coming unstuck.

We got in touch and were told the components had a 7 year guarantee, Urban Kitchens and the manufacturer visited. Given the door under our sink was fine, but around 30 others were peeling loose, they agreed it was a manufacturing fault and replaced all the damaged doors. Sadly there was an error and wrong door replacements were dispatched, but Ben has been up again to check following the replacement as three replacement doors were incorrect sizes.
It is wonderful to experience a company genuinely treating customers positively so long after their purchase.

Urban kitchen designed a kitchen for us and at last minute we decided to re design our kitchen and knock through to our dining room so it’s all open plan. Urban couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating with our new plans, the guidance we received was fantastic, we are so so happy with our new kitchen and new appliances, would highly recommend to anybody.
