Beautiful healthy plants. Some very unusual ones but with full care instructions , where best to plant etc. If you’re looking for plants would definitely recommend this nursery .

Yet another great experience at Urban Jungle Norwich. Chez, Chris and Rosie (over 2days) made the selection (done remotely) and collection seamless. Brilliant and highly recommend!

I was looking for screening / specimen bamboos for a fence line. I spent about an hour with Chris Brett at the Norwich site - so helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection of plants and fascinating place to visit. Plants picked and delivery arranged by their own van & driver - not a courier company! Spoke to the driver (Lauren) the day before to confirm delivery details, and got a call about an hour before devlivery. Everything arrived safe and sound, Lauren helped with the humping and dumping. Overall, what a great service.

Overdue with huge praise for top quality plants, and all service throughout - as per other reviews, genuinely otherwise untouchable, near impossible to germinate varieties, but beautifully packed and continuing healthy as winter approaches- looking forwards to more gems in the Spring - extremely grateful!

Bought a japanese toad lily online came quick as it should but the postage cost was more than the plant large box with a waste of time 3ltr pot fot a plant as big as a tea bag , con total fake wasters 60 cm stick and box for a flat plant waste of time and postage cost and all sat in a plastic bag inside the pot total tools and roots exposed tut tut slap dash

BUYERS BEWARE. My son bought a small unlabelled TOXIC house plant from Urban Jungle Norwich with his pocket money, which my dog then ended up ingesting after accidentally knocking the plant off the table. Fast forward a horrific week involving eight days of veterinary hospital care, near-death, a £2.5K vet bill and now facing a month of recovery, I can honestly say I have have never regretted popping in our local garden centre to buy a simple houseplant as much as this. Garden centres who sell TOXIC houseplants should ALWAYS label them as such. If the bigger garden centres and supermarkets do, so can you, Urban Jungle, especially given you have created bespoke labels for all your plants. No excuses. The next time, it could be a child who nearly dies.

Ordered 5 plants I couldn't find anywhere else on the interweb. They were very reasonably priced for 3L specimens. Ordering and payment was very straight forward. Delivery came within a week - via APC overnight service. The delivery itself was good. The boxes were kept the right way up. Cost of delivery was a little high at £10.99 but worth it. 4 out of 5 plants arrived well, some even have big buds. One plant was squashed as the packaging arranged for another plant to be placed on top of it (go figure). Overall, very good service. I will definitely consider this company again.
