Transport, online payment and delivery were easy and Perfect! January 2022
This was the only online store in Portugal that had the plant I needed and which accepted international ways of payment that were not just the national MBway and stuff like that. It is so nice & convenient if you are abroad and still able to bring a nice gift like this - a plant - to your loved ones :) Everything was delivered in a few days and in a great condition. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is because I would love to have a feature in the website when you are buying that would tell you straight away when is the delivery expected or where you could actually choose the date of delivery.

Really affordable
Really affordable. Ideal insurance for students and renters. I got the cover for items out of the home to protect my phone as well which was very reassuring to have. I never need to make a claim but when I cancelled my policy due to moving back home it was very easy to do

I was very disappointed with the…
I was very disappointed with the quality of the plant, really small and the new leaf came damaged. For that price was not worth.
Adding : I am really sorry, this review was done based exactly on the redemption of the 20€ code , I have redeemed this coupon on Alocasia Frydek , which I was truly disappointed, again the plant came in bad shape , really small and the newest lead damaged which will have marks forever.
The order, which I received last week came ok, but the pearl necklace again super little , very different from the picture (I do not expect the plant to be identical but at least in size similar. ) I made in total 3 orders, and each one had issues. I think you have nice costumer services , very cute shop , but the quality doesn't match the price .

Your review about order 8538 was written before it had been actually dispatched. If you are referring to one of your two previous orders, the issue had already been settled with your agreement with a 20€ coupon which you gladly accepted and redeemed.
Also, the name of the person who wrote this review is not our client, so please let us know if there may have been some misunderstanding.
