I ordered some boots almost a month ago and they are nowhere to be seen. Customer services don’t respond whatsoever and the money has left my account. This is a scammers website and should be avoided at all costs. If my shoes arrive I will happily remove this review, but as it stands, I am pretty sure I have been robbed.

Waiting for a month to receive my items and I’ve requested a refund but have heard nothing!! I’ve emailed and DM’ed multiple times and no response! I’ve put comments on Instagram but they’ve deleted every one!

Absolutely awful company, do not buy from them! You will not get your money back!!

Ordered december 10th 2021, now december 27th the order has not been shipped and they don’t answer their Emails / Dm’s…. They are erasing all the bad comments under their instagram posts.
They took the money but never sent the item and won’t answer any emails. At this point I just want a refund but it’s impossible to reach them.

I ordered 4 items back in June, and 3 out of the 4 items did not fit.

So I asked to return, it took 3 weeks to get a shipping label sent, and since I made the return back in June, I still have not received a refund or email confirming their receipt of the parcel.

It’s now been 3 months and it’s getting very frustrating. I have emailed them 4 times and have recently DM’d them on Instagram but no response as of yet.

It’s sad to see so many people have experienced the same thing. Spending our hard working money trying to support a business and they do us all over and steal our money. Disgusting, you would be ashamed of yourselves.

terrible company. you will get terrible marked up aliexpress items that will take up to a month to arrive. customer service sucks and is unprofessional. just do not buy from here

Firstly, it took 3 weeks for my order to turn up. I tried on my dress and it was a bit on the smaller side, so I decided to request for a refund. It took 2 weeks for me to get a response from Urban Gal to get a QR code. it has been over 3 weeks now since I sent the package and I had still not been given a response from Urban Gal and no refund. I have chased this several times and still nothing. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Order was sent in two packages, one came in about 2 weeks and one came in about 6 weeks. The quality is low and the sizing is unreliable. I do love one of the pieces, but the other 3 are disappointing. There was a part of me that was not sure if I was going to be scammed after speaking to customer service. However, I finally got my packages with everything I ordered-- I just wish they were better. Threads coming undone, thin material, just not worth the price to me. Plus with all the hassle, there's no way I am trying to return the items even though they are subpar or don't fit. I think I'd never see the clothes or a refund, I'd rather just give the clothes away. Anyways, my advice is to try this website if you are willing to gamble! If not, try somewhere else.

Took 1 month to come still hadn't arrived so I chased the company and they advised there was an issue with the shipping and gave me a new shipping number. eventually cane ands awful quality so I return the 2 £60 dresses. this was end of April it is now June and still no refund. I have made multiple enquiries on their website and am getting no response whatsoever. I am also spamming their instagram to chase this and they ignore messages.DO NOT ORDER YOU WILL BE OUT OF POCKET

Took about a month to receive the clothes and then the quality of some of the clothes was terrible. Furthermore, the returns system was appalling. Was so difficult to get accurate information and instructions from them to return the clothes and they stopped answering my emails! Don't buy from here because honestly the chances you'll want to return something and won't be able to are probably high.

A waste of time and money. I ordered a dress that never arrived. I have waited months now and I have contacted them by email several times. According to them it should have been delivered but I have not received anything. Incredibly frustrating, absolutely ridiculous. I have contacted them several times but they are not willing to help and now they stopped responding.

I ordered after seeing this brand advertised on Instagram. I have been waiting over a month and have not received my item, but have only received an empty black bag. I am trying my best to get a refund.

Like many customers of the “urban gal brand” I am still waiting for my parcel. It’s been over a month I ordered, I kept sending e-mails. They answered that the parcel was lost so they changed the parcel number, but no order updates. Last week I sent an email to know where it was and asked for a commercial gesture, the answer took two days to be given. They told me that,because of the brexit deal, there was a lot of troubles with shipping and that they had so many emails to answer to. But no response about the commercial gesture. I resent an email for the fourth time saying that I live in France and it was not like I live on other pole.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, it’s just a loss of money and time.
I asked for a refund, but I do know that I’ll never see my money nor my parcel.

JUST SAW THAT REFUND CANT BE MADE BEFORE 90 DAYS after ordering

I ordered back on March 18th. I expected the order to arrive within 3 weeks. I didn't receive an update on shipping after like 2 weeks so I emailed them. Shortly after, I received a shipping email. The tracking number for USPS showed USPS never received the package. I waited a bit longer and the status never updated. I finally reached out again (it had now been 3 weeks) and was told the original tracking number had been changed without their knowledge (idk how?) and I was given a new tracking number. This new one is just like the first, reporting that the package has not been received by USPS. I have now asked for a refund twice because I don't believe the package has been shipped, let alone if it's even a real thing. I am furious and Faith is just lying to everyone.

Firstly my item arrived extremely late then I returned my item SO long ago now and have emailed multiple times asking for an update on my refund. They just ignore me. I'm owed money by this company - if you don't want to be robbed don't use them.

If I could give them a negative rate, I would!!! Just to shorten my story, DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE, ITS A SCAM!!!! THE WHOLE COMPANY JUST SCAMS YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY AND YOU DON'T EVEN GET ANYTHING!!!

I placed an order on March 16 and they claim to ship within 2 weeks. After two weeks of not receiving my package, a tracking number or any update, I mailed their customer service to find out my order had been lost and they would ship another one and I got a tracking number. Now, another two weeks later this tracking number site tells me that this order has been lost as well. No update from the brand whatsoever. They sell marked up AliExpress clothes anyway, please just order from AliExpress directly, since then you will at least only make a small loss if your package gets lost...

My item took two months to come and when it did eventually come it was faulty! The zipper was broken so I dmd them on Instagram and they said they would issue a refund straight away and I gave my order number, after getting no reply I emailed and they replied with a link of how to return an item which is not what I asked at all! They are no ignoring my messages and even my comments on their posts!

After waiting over a month for my items, neither fit so I returned. After waiting for a month I have still not heard anything about my return or my refund. Whenever I email they say they will chase it up but never do, would not return to this shop!

their clothes are from aliexpress and they copy independent designers/slow fashion retailers such as house of sunny and with jean. Just save your money and dont be ripped off and buy from aliexpress or support slow fashion instead, you get what you pay for unfortunately :(
