I ordered a major cleaning
Dissapointed. I checked several cleaning companies and decided to go for Urban Fresh for the good reviews I read. We ordered a major cleaning and unfortunately it was very disappointed. While the kitchen and bathroom were done properly the rest of the house good not good. The loft was basically untouched, there was dust still everywhere and I do not think any proper cleaning products were used. This goes for the rest, like floors. yes, they vacuum clean but either the mop used was dirty or only water was used. This is not what you go in a deep cleaning. We also added the windows and while they looked Ok at first, the moment the sun was out (today) we could clearly see all the marks. Not enough time spent on the windows for sure. There were parts on specific furniture that were not cleaned at all and I don't mean unreachable parts, I mean full sides of furniture. Clearly the cleaner didn't pay enough attention and forgot to clean several places. I would have expected that the cleaner had a check list and that all the boxes were ticked before she left but that was not the case. I don't know what cleaning standards other people that gave good reviews have or whether we just had bad luck with our cleaner but all in all it was a disappointment. I was expecting to come home and find a nice smell of cleaning products but unfortunately not smell at all. In my view in many cases, just water or a mop what used and that's it. I will now look for another cleaning company that offers cleaning every other week but for sure will not chose this company. They simply didn't pass the test. I cannot recommend them, go for somebody else even if prices are higher.

Condition of the kitchen: The kitchen was in significantly worse condition than we typically encounter, which impacted the time spent cleaning. There was a substantial amount of grease, and the oven glass was completely covered. Our cleaner had to dedicate extra time to this area to ensure it was thoroughly cleaned. We understand this may have affected the time spent on the rest of the home, and we apologize if this wasn’t communicated more clearly.
Loft area: The loft was not included in the square footage specified during your booking. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding, but we only clean the areas that are confirmed during the booking process.
Cleaning standards and expectations: When booking at a fixed price, it can be challenging to achieve perfection in a home that is in need of extra attention due to its condition. We always aim to deliver a high standard, but some homes may require additional time and resources.
Windows: We understand your concerns about the windows. However, it was raining all day, which made it difficult to inspect the final result during the cleaning. We it's not sunny outside we can not make some controls.
