Urban Contrive is really amazing! The clothes are super comfy and super stretchy. I love and wear urban contrive every day!

I bought a pair of jeans from this website early in the year. They're my favourite thing to wear now, and look absolutely amazing. They're comfortable and stylish at the same time, and I've received no issues from them. No complains from me!!

I strongly advise against this online shop. Delivery took weeks. The quality of the clothing is terrible – it looks incredibly cheap, the fabric is thin, the workmanship is poor, and there are no labels or other markings inside (material, washing instructions, size, nothing). One of the buttonholes on my garment was still closed. The sizes don't match the information on the website, and the clothes don't look right in person either. Returning the item is impossible. You have to take care of everything yourself, and then they tell you that if it doesn't arrive within 14 days, you won't get your money back. STAY AWAY from this seller!

Do not order from this website! My experience is the same experience other reviewers had in 2025. Heed our warning! My son ordered a pair of jeans in early December 2025 and we didn’t receive them until after Christmas. I think the only reason we even received them at all was because I contacted “support.” The quality is horrible and we’re even told that we have to slice open the button hole ourselves because “that’s how all their pants are.” Really, where was that in the description? These aren’t even worth $10. Contacting support is no help as it’s probably actually one person in a basement. Do not buy anything from the store unless you want to risk losing your money on a worthless product.

They sent an email saying I canceled my order and they didn’t refund my $150 dollars. DO NOT ORDER from these SCAMMERS!

They said they issued me a refund but they did NOT. I sent a follow up email on January 18th about the status of my refund and I received no response. They only responded to this post saying they issued me a refund. And they only sent me an email on Dec 28th AFTER I had to email them about the status of my order. They never sent me an email about the product being sold out or a refund. I had to reach out first.
Well I guess someone at the company wasn’t doing their job because I sent a follow up email to the exact same email address they responded to on Dec 28th.
My mistake they did send an email about my order on 12/3 But they said I canceled my order which I never did and they said they barely refunded me after I had to email them about my refund on 12/27 to which they responded on 12/28. Why did the refund take so long to process? I ordered from them in November. I still haven’t received my refund. Maybe the company should be more honest and say the product was not in stock instead of saying I canceled the order, and not wait for the customer to reach out about their refund.

I ordered two pairs of pants. Received two pairs of pants, but one pair I did not order. I'm missing a pair of pants that I ordered. Quality is poor. Fingers crossed these fit their a gift for My son.

I wanted to make my daughter happy on her birthday, but she ended up crying.
The products look different than they do on the website. I took photos of them and asked customer service if I could return the items free of charge. Customer service responded quickly and apologized, but also admitted that the photos may differ from the website and that this is normal and should be tolerated. Excuse me???
I have to pay the shipping costs to the US for incorrectly delivered goods. That's really unbelievable. This shop should be closed.

The return policy is unclear.

It took nearly a week to get a response, and I only received one after I initiated a PayPal claim.

The Paypal point of contact e-mail and the e-mail associated with Urban contrive website are different.

Not only must you wait for a ship to address your needs, but you also have to pay for shipping. Nowhere on their return policy page does it explain to the customer that there is a 10 percent restocking fee.

The final paragraph states that your policies are as clear as possible; however, you are withholding some information from the customer.

What's worse is that the response I received in an email is literally a copy-and-paste type of reply. Hire additional staff or get someone to orchestrate returns in a timely manner

Appears to be dropshipping (you can find the same fleece i bought on kind of every looking-alike website, even aliexpress). I’m super disappointed because they show themselves as creative
I just received my item, the tag is ripped from the clothing, it took longer than 2 weeks to deliver. Bought size L, usually my bf wears M but it will still be too small for him. I don’t understand why so many good reviews greeting this brand, which is way to expensive for what it is.

Above all - Quality is terrible. Shipping was delayed twice and ended up taking 3 weeks. The service was also terrible. Nothing on their website says theres a 10% restocking fee but thats what theyre gonna charge me i guess. Waste of money and time. Ended up spending 25 dollars to return. Stay away.

The designs are so unique, and you can tell the quality's legit. Everything I bought fits just right, and I've gotten compliments every time I wear something from Urban Contrive. I'm already eyeing my next order.

I found Urban Contrive through Instagram and decided to give it a try. So glad I did. The clothes are super comfy, and the designs are unique. Shipping was quick too. I'll be back for more, no doubt.

Bought from here for my grandson's birthday. He loved all of the clothing and it was super nice quality, for the most part everything fit well!
