Urban company has been so convenient to use, and I love the flexibility of being able to book through the app last minute if I need to. After a little trial and error I’ve found a regular cleaner who does an amazing job, is a great communicator and is also very nice and respectful. I’ll be booking her for a long time!

Yes, the cleaner showed up, said he couldn’t do it & left. My refund came through fast enough, but minus a $30 “membership fee” I didn’t know I was charged. The worst was, when the cleaner left, he allowed my $3000 terrier to escape. We tried calling him and no response. We were afraid she would get run over but fortunately an animal control officer found her and brought her home. Worst experience ever!

Vanessa was on time, friendly and did an exceptional job. Very happy.

I love how easy the App is to use, I can tailor my clean to my budget, and being able to skip a clean, means I don’t feel locked in. The staff I’ve had have done a great job, and are friendly and efficient.

Booked a clean then few days later received a text stating they cant attend & for me to contact them to reschedule.

Why should I contact you?

I’m the customer & you should ring me to reschedule.

Each time you phone them you need to be on hold & press prompt 2 over & over.
I asked for a call back & still waiting.

I used urban company for an end of lease clean of a newly renovated house and they were quite good. I had booked them for another end of lease clean but they didn’t have any professional available till last minute. So they gave a $30 credit but this caused a lot of inconvenience for us and we had to clean a 3 bedroom apartment ourselves in the middle of a move.

Urban Company has been a lifesaver! We've had two different cleaners and both services were incredible. They were both friendly and my daughters got along with them very well. A huge load off our shoulders. Thank you, UC!

Great company - seamless experience from start to finish!

Only bit of feedback - the app doesn't allow you to amend your booking so you have to cancel the booking and start from scratch again which is annoying!

Cleaner did not even come to our house to clean when they said they did I received photos back from my real estate!! lost my bond and this company took my money. Rang customer service who said they can’t do anything after 72 hours!! DO NOT USE

Urban company is a great cleaning service option for busy people. You can book quickly online and change the time/date if needed. Would recommend for anyone who needs a quick and convenient service.

Don’t use this company, I think they are a sham!! I don’t know how this company is still in business. A cleaner stood on my toilet seat and broke it. I gave him the grace to fix it himself. He wanted to come back out at a time that suited him, in between his jobs, not a time that suited me. After about a week of random messages asking if I was home, and his refusal to make a time with me at least 24 hours in advance, I got fed up and asked the company to just reimburse me. At this point the cleaner became irate and just turned up at my home unannounced, and left a replacement toilet seat out front with an angry text with a picture of it “as evidence that he had tried”. This all started January 8. It’s a month later. I’ve called the company at least twice a week and now every second day, I get a promise that “someone from that department” (?! Which department??) will call me back, with no return call or responses to my emails. One of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with.
