Great service and company to deal with.

Nothing was a bother to them and project was completed on time and within budget.

I hired Urban Architecture and Construction in December 2021 to complete an extension and refurbishment of my property. While I was happy with the initial work, there are serious issues with the build and follow-up service. Two years later, I have yet to receive the engineer's report to say my house is structurally sound. I have had issues with severe condensation on the roof lights, but I have had no response from the company, and a different company recommends replacing the roof lights as they were not installed or sealed properly, which is why there is mould growing on the inside of the rooflights and moisture running down the walls during the winter. There were no vents put into the kitchen, despite there being a gas hob, which is against regulations. There was no soil vent pipe installed on the sewage system, which is dangerous. The company went so far as to leave the materials outside the house to install a soil vent pipe, but never came back to do the work. The owner of the company is very personable and will promise you the world, but expect to have to pay out a lot of money to rectify faults when they leave, as they will just stop answering phones and emails.
