I purchased a Delfast Ebike from here.. 19 months go by and my battery is dead.. it was only left sitting with a full charge for one month.. I’ve made several attempts to contact them about this issue and haven’t heard a word.. I see a lot of good reviews about good customer service.. But idk.. 🤷🏼.. Did this place sell me a 7,000.00 ebike with an old battery and leave me in the lurch.. Perhaps....

Great for the kids I can’t get them off of them

They told me my bike would have the 4 inch tires but it did not. The paint scratched off with the first ride.
They say something to make sure they sell you a bike and the people don’t know what they’re doing.
They also told me the incorrect weight.

Powerful motor, comfort, style. Packaged very well.

Although it took several days for it to ship after the label was created, the follow up was great and very helpful. Love the bike

I just want to thank you for your quick response and solution to the issue with the rack. I was very surprised to find a whole new bundle of accessories! The new rack fit as it should with little adjustments. It seems like these day’s it is hard to find good customer service, but yours was exceptional. From purchasing the bike to shipping and help with the rack everything was great. The bike has exceeded my expectations in every way. It is a true pleasure to ride, and it gets a lot of looks. Again, thank you for the great service.

I now have a wonderful bike. The process of getting it was a bit harder than it should have been. I think Urban E Bikes is undergoing some growth pains and was not as responsive as they should have been. Since then, they have made efforts to be so and have been very helpful. I would buy from them again.

Our bike arrived without a battery 2 weeks ago and Urban Ebikes has not rectified the situation. Would give zero stars if possible

I am very happy with my cheetah. I get complements everywhere I take it. Super smooth ride and long battery life. I don’t care much about the way the company does business. I had a little problem with it not working they didn’t return my calls for that. They want to do everything online and I would think for the money they could have someone to answer a phone. All is good now.

Let me start by saying, I love this bike!!
I’ve made quite a few changes to make it what it is today. Like: suspended forks,
front 1000W hub motor, mirrors, high beam with flashing light, and a suspended seat post.
A lot of trial and error because no one knows what to do with parts like the
front fender after upgrading to the Revi suspended forks and the front hub motor.
You can’t re-mount the fender(very frustrating) with the mounting holes offered because it will keep the shock in the fork from traveling,@#*, stupid design!

Great company to deal with. I knew I wanted an electric moped and when I called they took the time to explain to me the best bike for me and the accessories I needed as well as the ones that I didn’t.

My moped was delivered safely by a lovely driver and again the time was taken to explain everything.

I will definitely be using them again when I want to get that uplift from 50cc!
