Avoid at all costs – unethical and completely unprofessional

We had an absolutely appalling experience with this agency. After going through full referencing checks and paying a holding deposit, they pulled the property one week before our agreed move-in date, leaving us in an incredibly stressful and difficult position with almost no time to find an alternative.

They were completely uncommunicative throughout the process, gave zero transparency, and made us feel like our tenancy was never taken seriously. It's clear in hindsight they accepted our offer only to keep it as a backup while they waited for something "better" to come along.

This wasn’t just frustrating, it was downright irresponsible and manipulative, and showed a complete disregard for renters' time, money, and wellbeing.

If you value reliability, honesty, or basic professionalism look elsewhere.

Absolutely awful experience with this company I’m afraid. My family was looking for a new home to move into as we have been in our privately rented property for the last 23 years. It started out looking quite promising as we found a property through this real estate agent that looked really lovely, we went to have a look at it and decided that yes we would like to take the property. At the outset we did explain to the real estate agent that because we had our own company that had financial issues because of the Covid situation that affected the whole world, with many other businesses facing financial issues due to not making any money during this period, this was a very common occurrence for so many people and so many people have had their credit affected because of it. We did explain this and they said that this would not be an issue. They then asked us to go through a whole reference situation through an app which went on forever . Both myself and my wife employed full-time and have great work references. Our landlord provided a reference as well. But because of our credit we failed everything that the Real Estate would need. They then said that we needed a guarantor which as you can appreciate being in your 50s It’s quite hard to come by someone who could cover your bills even though we can afford our bills ourselves. In the end the real estate agent said that it wasn’t really going to work out and that they were closing the account and they were keeping the deposit that we paid towards the house. How could a company hold a deposit that we paid towards the house for what little work that they did. I did let them also know that my wife had been in hospital for surgery which stopped us progressing looking into any other houses with them. We have chosen to look elsewhere as this company feels like as if they’re just taking our money and don’t actually have any real interest in finding us a house. I would not use this company personally or ever recommend them to anyone else.
