Really happy with this refurbished iPhone for my daughter. I didn’t want to get her anything too new or pay for a brand new one as she’s only in her teens. Having never brought a refurbished phone I didn’t know what to expect but we have been really pleased, it’s like brand new.
I will defiantly do the same for myself when I need a new phone.

Overall, for £305, the Samsung Galaxy S23+ is an excellent deal. I think I got a powerful, well-built smartphone that still competes with newer devices at a much lower cost. Excellent value for money.

Amazing value for money. I purchased an IPhone 14 Pro in good condition, with a brand new battery replacement and 256gb of storage and the price here was the best I could find. Process was super fast, shipping was even faster and overall my experience was 10/10. The phone itself came in even better condition than I thought. Perfect in every way. So happy as I have been needing a new phone for a long while.

Delivery was returned to ur.co due to incorrect address which I communicated to them long before it was sent. After it was returned it took forever to send it back and I had to drop so many email and missed calls before I could get my device

I am writing this to warn others about Buyur Ltd (T/A UR.co.uk). I sent my phone to them based on a £155 quote for a device in "Good" condition. I have timestamped photos proving the phone was flawless.
Despite this, they attempted to "down-sell" me with a generic email claiming the screen and case were heavily scratched, offering just £70. This is factually untrue. After a series of rejections, they increased the offer to £110, which I accepted on the condition of payment within 7 working days as per their Terms & Conditions. Following my review I received a phone call with apology and received payment today.

My initial offer was very competitive and I chose UR as they had brilliant reviews. However there initial offer was reduced due to scratches on the screen and phone. Which I was shocked to hear. The phone has always had screen protectors on and had been in a case from new. I sent images that are date & time stamped proving no scratches. They came back and said they would investigate, nearly 10 days have gone by, no response, so I chased, which I got an apology and they would investigate and come back to me, another 8 days have gone by and I have chased with no response. Its just really poor, they've had my phone nearly a month now.

Great customer service & process, very disappointed with the payout method as still awaiting payment 2 week after approval, but informed they were busy & behind in processing payments, disappointed as this should be posted on their front screen when selling a phone to be upfront with any service issues

I sold my iPhone 15 Pro Max to this company and was told payment would be processed within 7 working days from April 1st. As of today it has been several weeks and I still have not received my money.

I have had to repeatedly chase for updates, only to be given changing timelines… first 7 working days then an additional 7 and now I’m being told I “may” receive payment towards the end of next week but there’s no guarantee. This is completely unacceptable.

I have never experienced this with a resale company which makes this entire situation even more alarming.

I sold my phone to help cover health related expenses so these delays have had a real impact on me. The lack of reliability and accountability has caused unnecessary stress.

What’s also disappointing is the way I’ve been made to feel when following up. At times it has come across as though I’m being treated like a nuisance simply for asking about money that is rightfully mine.

I gave the benefit of the doubt initially and didn’t want to leave a negative review but after weeks of delays and inconsistent communication, I now have serious concerns about how this business operates and whether customers can rely on receiving their payments as promised.

I would strongly urge the company to resolve this immediately. If this is not addressed promptly I will be escalating this further.
