Well what can I say they received my phone on 3/4/2026 reduced price this is first time ever to have a reduced price from any company .First time used with this company but will be the last .Sent 2 emails to receive excuses about delay this has never happened with any other company feel as if I am begging for my money ridiculous having to feel that way .Wonder when I will receive MY money .its funny how all reviews seem to have lost 20% in the value of there phone seems very suss how we all can have faults yet the phones are in good condition This has been going on far to long for payment to be received .Wish I had looked at reviews prior as the money would have been received by other companies and would have received the full price as advertised by the way my battery was 85per cent which other companies give full price no reductions think this may escalate further as I am not happy 😡

This scam company offers the most for your phone and when received knock 20% off the quote and cannot give you a reason as to why. They then promise 7 working day payment but still after 14 working days I haven't received payment. Do not sell your phone to this company they have awful customer service and will do anything to delay payment and refuse to return your device. I wish there was an option for 0 stars.

Very accurate and efficient

My phone stopped working three weeks after I received it. Was told I could have my money back then told I couldn’t. They have repaired the phone and sent it back after weeks of arguing about it and now I have no faith in this company and wish I had never purchased it.
