BEWARE OF THIS COURIER

BEWARE! I sent a parcel by air to India costing £125. After 8 weeks, the parcel had not arrived. The U Parcel X office did not respond to calls to trace the parcel. Tracking it myself in India, I found out that the courier company in India had not been paid to deliver the parcel. It was only after numerous phone calls that this was resolved.
Two things to note:
1. The parcel may not have been sent by air, thereby pocketing my air fare
2. Not helping to track and deliver the parcel is extremely poor customer service
Not one courier I will ever use again.

Great service, reliable and responsive

They packed all the items perfectly, it was well thought out how they placed heavy items vs delicate items. Customer service was very responsive as well. There were some delays in delivery due to cancelled flights which is beyond anyone's control. Very happy overall.
