The bike was packed really well - tons of cushioning, and no way anything could come loose or break. The instructions for unpacking and assembling the bike were clear and easy to follow.

I never could understand the basic set up package. Never used it. Instructions were not clear on how to access it.. the $75.00 I paid for it was a big rip off.BEWARE

It was fairly simple to put together. It took me longer than stated in the instructions, but I was being very careful.
It was awesome to make sure I got things just right. Also when we discovered this was a problem with my battery charging they sent me a new one right away. The same person who helped me set up my bike started that process right away.
