Very pleased with OHM ENERGY from start to finish. Colin came and done the survey with an obvious knowledge, but wasn’t your normal pushy salesman. The quote came quickly and and still no pressure on us to decide. The 2 chaps who done the installation done the job with a smile and were very clean and tidy on site and when it was going to be noisy let us know so we vacate if we wanted. They were happy to answer any questions I had and did a very smooth and professional job. I have nothing negative to say and would be happy to recommend them.

Air Source Heat Pump installation by OHM Energy
OHM Energy installed out Air Source Heat Pump last year. Very happy with the end result which is working very well. It was a complex project and they overcame every challenge. Extremely polite, professional, down to earth and experienced. Would thoroughly recommend.

We obviously expect and generally deliver far more reasonable turnarounds. As I believe Colin has explained we have experienced an increase of over 500% in enquiries and installations. We have become victims almost of our own success. We are grateful for the sharp upturn, but this does come with a cost. We are thriving to expand, but with a skills shortage in the industry, the expertise and people do not exist. Knowing this was going to be the industries next challenge we have been working hard behind the scenes to open a training centre, delivering the next generation of surveyors and installers. This should now be achieved by the Summer of this year. We know this doesn’t help in the immediate term to turn your re-quote around, but we hope we can serve future enquires quicker once the industry has settled and we have been able to expand into the space.
So again, I apologise for the delay, but hope the deeper explanation above helps to clarify how this come about and to re-assure you and future customers that this is being very much handled with the best intentions for clients and the industry in which we passionately have operated for over 12 years.
We are saddened that this had to be made public online, without a deeper conversation, but appreciate you have the right to do so.
In closing we wish you all the best with your chosen installer.

Professional outfit
I found the surveying and the installation to be carried out in a highly professional manner. The engineer was not only knowledgeable but also helpful in explaining things to me. They also left my house clean and tidy each night.

Heat Pump Installation - Perfect from start to finish
Ohm Energy removed our combi gas boiler and installed an Ecodan air source heat pump and water tank. A faultless job from start to finish, with particularly trying conditions in week one working in record-breaking high temperatures. Particular thanks to Isaac, Jamie, Keith and Paddy who were here for the longest, but the whole team were great. Ohm installed our solar panels 8 years ago and we didn't hesitate to go back to them as they did such a great job last time - those panels are still pumping out power as effectively as they did on day 1. Ohm are very honest about what is possible and what is not, their work is professional and tidy and we recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much guys - we'll be back for a battery pack!!

Just had a brand new air source heat…
Just had a brand new air source heat pump installed (Ecodan) to replace an oil boiler, plus all the new parts that go with it like hotwater tank etc. Shopped around for quotes but OHM were easily the most knowledgable and approachable, and good on price too. Isaac was fantastic in doing all the plumbing, and the electricians also did their bit well. Always on time and always tidy and clean. Thank you so much to the whole team. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic, start to finish. Heat Pump Install
Just had an Air Source Heat Pump installed by OHM to replace our oil boiler. They have been great from start to finish, through consultation to advice at every stage. Been difficult times due to Covid and delays in the green homes grant so was even happier when they helped us into the OVO scheme instead, which meant we could speed up the install and meant we are better off than going with the grant and RHI. They were also very competitively priced compared to the other quotes we got. The whole team have been great during installation week with minimal disruption and consideration of our needs all working from home throughout, exceeding our expectations. Very, very professional and could not recommend them highly enough.

I called ohm energy initially as my heating wasn't working. Emma sqeezed in an appointment in for me for the next day. Keith diagnosed the problem very quickly. He then returned later in the afternoon with the part and sorted my heating. I was over the moon to say the least. Very highly recommended company. Thank you so much for fixing it so quickly.
