If I could give a minus star I would have. We ordered a new latch for our upvc front door. The latch was £48.95 + £7.95 next day delivery. The item did not arrive and we were told it was out of stock but that they would send in 3 weeks time. We eventually received a version of latch (not the one we ordered). We were then told to return it and they would refund us plus cost of postage. Obviously this was weeks ago now and so far we’ve received nothing. They no longer answer the phone and the answerphone just plays the message ‘message box is full’. We are now over £75 out of pocket! Not happy

Couldn't leave a zero stars review! Don't order anything from this company!! I called today to try and get a refund they had promised me. A gentleman told me they have gone into liquidation. Their unit was locked with no sign of the owner!

I dont think I have ever had to write such a poor review for any business and it pains me to do so. However now looking at other reviews, it does look like I am not alone. We have received a part order. We have tried to e mail, and call this business. No answers to e mails, The phone is not answered, and the mailbox is full. This is now looking like a business that is going or has gone bust. I would certianly not reccomend anyone to send money to this business. All any customer wants is good communication and when goods do not arrive and no one in the company will respond, that business does not deserve to survive. We will be following this up.

AVOID!! Wrong item sent, which I returned for a refund. No refund received and no response from the company after chasing 6 times. Thieves. They owe me £78.64.

Ordered 3 items. But only 2 arrived - with dispatch note saying other item is "to follow". Nothing after waiting one month.
They didn't reply to my request for a refund, so I got a partial refund (cost of unshipped item + 2/3 postage) through PayPal.
By the looks of things (other reviews) they have website / physical stock issues. And annoyingly partially ship orders without telling you first.
Their prices are good, and the items I received were good. They also shipped them quickly. Let down by a poor stock inventory.

I stupidly ordered twice from here after forgetting my firet experience, first time I ordered £40 worth and never recieved. No refund. Second time 60 odd quids worth and never sent, after arguing with them and them
Lying through their teeth no product recieved. Now no response to email, no refund and no likelihood of anything bsck

SCAM. Do not order from this company.

I placed my order and received the standard order confirmation and dispatch emails. Delivery states 2-4 days, so I contacted them for an update on day 6 as the Royal Mail tracking number didn't exist... which has never happened to me before.

They responded stating it was an issue with Royal Mail and that they were checking with an 'account manager.'

No response, had to chase them again. They said the items were no longer in stock and that they were issuing me a refund. Refund never received.

Now they've stopped responding to my emails, and I can't even contact them via phone becuase their 'mailbox is full.'

Avoid. Useless.

Ordered a door hinge 3 weeks ago. No sign of arrival and attempts to call the company unsuccessful as their mailbox is full. Emails are also unanswered

Placed an order 17th July, nothing arrived (2nd if August) received initial dispatch notification, Royal Mail tracking number is false, no reply to emails, tried to ring, automated response and the inbox full so no means of contacting company. What is most upsetting is the dishonestly of being given the false tracking information, this is a act of commission of dishonesty as opposed to incompetence

Paid for, received dispatch email, after a week nothing. Emailed and got a reply to say Royal Mail have lost the parcel. Asked for a refund. Still nothing 1 week on. Someone please answer my emails!

Paid. took my money nothing came. will not answer the phone or reply to my email absolute joke of a company. wish I had checked other reviews first. could have saved me time & money. please stay well clear

Avoid this company. Ordered a letter box they took the payment. The email said 2-4 working days delivery. It’s been 2weeks I’ve emailed no reply, I left messages on the voicemail no call back because of them I have lost a good customer there is only so many times you can say it’s on its way.

The most awkward online shopping experience in my life! An order was made in the middle of June; was provided with a fake Royal Mail tracking number that never worked!! Nothing received after a month!!! i.e. I wasted a few weeks of my time waiting for nothing.
AVOID these sellers - Never ever deal with them again, and I would NOT recommend them at all to anyone.

I ordered some door and window handles, I'd been notified they'd been dispatched but not heard anything else for a few days so I emailed them. Unfortunately my order had been lost somewhere within the courier's system. They said they would try to find it or send another. Another order was sent out promptly by a different courier and that one arrived. Brilliant products too and good price. Would definitely order again if needed. Thanks

2 weeks from ordering to delivery !! Looks like I've joined the "oh no your parcel has gone missing" club, even though the supplied tracking and verification from dpd shows that they never actually received it 🤔 even then " it will definitely be there Wednesday " and turned up today...Friday.
Oh where is the refund for next day delivery 🤔 🙄 hence the title not sure I would use again , I think there's better out there !

I wish I had come here first and read this review. Placed an order on the 24th for same day postage never arrived Sunday Monday Tuesday never arrived emailed to ask where it was "oh we are sorry we don't have this available" it will be at least another week. Extortion they take money for same day to next day delivery I've asked for a full refund and it had better include the postage. Lack of communication and taking money knowing they don't have the stock taking for same day and next day when they know they don't have it in stock. It's a disgrace I expect my refund today

09/05/23 Placed an order.
12/05/23 Received dispatch notification delivery expected in a few days.
24/05/23 Item still not received after chasing multiple times.

The Company claims that royal mail lost the original package and keep giving me false lead times saying the replacement would be sent early this week but after chasing yet again they are now telling me they will not receive the item till the end of the week so at best I am looking at receiving the item at the start of June when I ordered in early May.

I should have listened to bad review on here but I thought maybe it was a one off.

The salesman Martin was very knowledgeable about the products and advised how to measure the existing latch and gearbox. The replacement unit was exactly as expected and fit perfectly
