I just wanted to thank you for the excellent service I received from you.
Although your website has comprehensive product information and sizes, I was unsure that the part would fit, but after a quick phone call I was reassured it would, so placed the order. The part arrived well packaged on a next day delivery service, with updates on the day from the courier.
Credit where credit is due, I could not fault the service I received and would have no hesitation in using your company again, or recommending you to others. Thanks again.

Review:

This company is more interested in what the law allows them to do than customer service. Returned an item, but due to Christmas holidays and a delivery company failing to pick up the item, it was returned two weeks late and they charged a 20% restoking fee even though the delay cost them nothing.
