1 month and counting for a parcel from Germany, they say brexit is stopping us delivering on time yet had a parcel from the same depot in germany and was here within 4 days ???? customer service doesn't care and just says "BREXIT" and "BREXIT" - we gave them 4 years notice for its commencement ! give me DPD any day.
Update - They tried to claim it was delivered, when I told them it hadn't opened a claim and within minutes said it was lost - LIARS ! It was never delivered, Ring doorbell has no video on it on the time it states on the app. Disgusting, Horrible company that Lies about its operation. I only wish DPD were international carriers, they bend over backwards to help you - Never Trust This Company!!!!!!!!!!!

We have contacted the call center, the CEO, FB massages (dont BOTHER doing this. Its extreamly frustrating!!!) we have had 5 parcels go missing post Brexit... Some within the UK but apparently Brexit is to blame for that also!!
We have used you for 10 years and thats it. You have taken a very swift nosedive and your company grabs money and wastes customers time.

My package was stolen from the 28th of December and I have proof for that as someone used the mobile phone I sent for my son's Xmas. UPS claimed to conduct three investigations and came back with the same lie that my son acknowledge receipt of the package which is a lie. I made several calls to them and sadly I'm not getting anywhere.
Please spread the word, No to this company.
The Big Rats in this company know that there is NIL customer service or compensation for stolen packages and so it continues.

Appalling. As per usuall they say attempted delivery and didn’t.
Now faced with a 6 mile drive to pick it up from a depot.

They are total garbage. Whatever you do don't use their 'My Choices' website to try a redelivery, it is unintuitive, confusing, slow to update and totally unclear where exactly they will deliver your parcel to.
But under no circumstances call their 'customer services' - people you cannot understand and do not know what they are doing and then won't do what you have requested.
They are completely awful beyond comparison.
Damaged package
I had a Smeg oven collected from Leeds and delivered to Edinburgh. It was very robustly packaged but was delivered with all the packaging torn or crushed despite 'very fragile' taped all over it.
The oven was crushed on every corner, glass door smashed, it looked like it had been thrown from Leeds to Edinburgh.
Trying to initiate a claim with them is nigh on impossible as there are so many levels to negotiate.
I advise to never use this company if you want your parcel to arrive intact.
Worlds worst company and customer service
This is a totally useless company. I have spent weeks chasing a parcel which is stuck in their warehouse in Kiev. I have spoken to customer services twice after hours of queuing and been in touch by email after posting a review here. They post replies on Trustpilot saying that they will help, contact you, and then do nothing at all. Today I got a request for a contact phone number for the delivery, replied immediately, and then got an automated message saying that I had abandoned the package. Presumably they will now destroy it and blame me. They are crooks who deserve to go out of business, and hopefully get sued for their illegal profits.
My experience of UPS is appalling
My experience of UPS is appalling. They delay delivery dates, so that you wait in all day & they don’t come that day, or the next, or the next. Or else they blatantly lie and say they tried to deliver when they clearly haven’t. I have 3 small dogs and believe me, I know when there’s someone at the door. I sincerely hope that companies using delivery services look at these reviews as it looks poorly on them if the customer cannot have faith in their purchased items turning up on time. UPS’s favourite excuse at the moment (was Brexit) is now COVID! Plus they send things all over the place unnecessarily so are singlehandedly causing global warming. Then, to top it off, you get charged £6 to phone them to complain! Grrrrrrr!

Likely the funniest yet disappointing conversation I have ever had with any company. Was told that the parcel I sent was returned to me because there was not enough space in the warehouse. When asked for a refund I was then told that they have suspended all refunds.

Had a pair of nike trainers delivered by ups, the cost of the item was over £150. The delvery driver thought that knocking on my door,leaving the parcel on my door step then driving off is the correct way to deliver a package, if it wasn't for my neighbour seeing this,knowing I was at work and taking my parcel in it would have been left on a footpath until I got home. I recieved an email to tell me the package had been left at the Dock wherever that is. Its a total disgrace that they are allowed to class this as a delivery. I only gave them 1 star as there isn't a zero rating available

Paying a weekly charge for a daily collection - Last week they missed 3 out of 5. The week before same story. This week a pile of parcels waiting to go out are still there, and this is despite the fact that the unit 4 doors away from us has had 2 UPS visits today. A couple of lengthy phone calls and a promise of a call back within an hour and guess what- the phone calls never materialised either. Beginning to rival Hermes for they title of most useless courier service.
Disgraceful Organisation
How can you simply lose a parcel which has been scanned, and take no responsibility for finding it? We packaged up all our Christmas presents for two members of the family unable to join us due to lockdown. The parcel was picked up from my door, and was subsequently lost or more likely stolen by an employee. UPS have no record of the parcel following pick up, and can provide no information of details about it although they acknowledge that they picked it up. They seem to accept a percentage of theft is acceptable, so simply do nothing whatsoever to recover it or investigate. We requested a report as to what steps they took to try to locate it, they can provide no details. Probably because they haven’t investigated. They wont take any responsibility for its loss, they wont think of compensation for all the inconvenience, lost items, need to re-source them, or pay any penalty that might focus their mind in future in preventing theft from their depot. They should be an international flagship company, but instead they seem to be a shoddy uncaring organisation that wont take responsibility for its services, they wont attempt to track missing parcels, they clearly have totally unreliable technology supporting their business, which all brings me to the conclusion that you simply cannot trust them with your parcel. They may, or may not deliver it, but if they don’t then it will be lost forever and they simply dont care. I would avoid using this company like the plague and put business with someone who cares more, someone who is able to provide a reliable service, and someone who provides after sales service not just takes your money and then forgets you when it really matters. They are a disgraceful shambles and dont even deserve a single star.

Ordered some rather expensive items from Germany £1000+ They have currently been sat in Herne-Boernig, Germany for 17 days, yes you read that correctly SEVENTEEN days due to 'Brexit' delays. Absolute horrendous service AVOID ordering anything that uses UPS as a delivery service.
The item was dispatched on the 14th February, I'll be lucky to receive the item before a month has passed at this rate.

I have lost my tracking number and would like it back
I am sender and lost my tracking number for package purchased when not signed in. No email sent with tracking number. Tried to phone to retrieve, continually asked tracking number after explaining if is lost. Email PayPal division, useless, email customer service, useless. I have now spent about 4 hours across 2 weeks (!!!) trying to resolve a very simple problem with no avail. I actually set reference number for this parcel and this doesn't seem to be sufficient to retrieve. I get the impression that the staff in customer services don't even understand what I am asking.

I would like to warn anyone using this appalling company to think twice. I posted a parcel for the FIRST time on the 12th Dec 2020. The driver picked it up from my door and it was scanned into the van
That was the LAST TIME it was scanned and 3 days later deemed as LOST. I had to wait 10 days before I could submit a claim. Once claim was submitted it took a further 10 weeks to process and finally got paid nearly 12 weeks later. The true metal of a good company is how they treat there customers UPS use a model of taking so much time they hope people forget and walk away.
APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE
WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN.
