Absolutely useless support regarding…

Absolutely useless support regarding invoices. On the other end was a woman with a Slavic accent who sounded as she did not care about a thing in the world. Her Swedish was bad and hard to understand, so when I asked if she could speak English, there was a silence. I felt like I was back in Russia again, talking to people who has no idea about anything and always sound as they don't care at all.
Awful. How can such BIG company hire people who will "represent" you in such a lazy and non caring way????
Baffles me.

Delivery of fresh meat packed on dry…

Delivery of fresh meat packed on dry ice from Ireland. First delivery date 27/05, between 12,30 - 16,30, recieved text 11,30 ish "Delivery cancelled, will inform about new delivery date soon" Next day 28th 11,30 ish recieved text "Delivery today 12,30 - 16,30". 15,00 ish new text "Delivery delayed, will deliver by end of working day". 17,35 new text "Delivered to door". Left on the door step, a packet with blood making it soggy, two damaged packets inside as the main packet had obviously been slung around with a big buckle on one corner. This is fresh meat, needs to be delivered ASAP. News for UPS dry ice doesn't keep for weeks.

Undvik UPS i Sverige

Ups blev valt automatiskt då det var ett tyngre paket, tog 1 vecka att komma till min stad och när det väl är här så står det ”Unable to deliver to UPS Access Point; will reattempt delivery to UPS Access Point the next business day, tror ni något har hänt på 6 vardagar, nej. Skit.

After reading the reviews I did not…

After reading the reviews I did not expect much, but delivery was as announced, I got a call before driver arrived and the driver helped to take the heavy package in the apartment building.

Hovewer registration on UPS app and platform is terrible. Tried 5+ times and failed every each of them except last where for some reason my cou try got registered in wrong way with no possibility to change.

Lied about delivery, ghosted my doorstep, stole my plans, gave up

UPS has already drained every last joule of my energy, spiritually, emotionally. So no in-depth review here. Just to say this: AVOID UPS. Always check if your supplier uses them before ordering. Otherwise, cancel your plans, clear your schedule, and prepare to wait 3 days for a package that never shows up.

Worst delivery company ever!

Waiting for a delivery that is delayed because of “operating conditions”. Several days ago I pre-signed the parcel so it can be left by my door. Every day I get an update from UPS telling me the parcel is delayed because of “operating conditions” and every day I have to pre-sign so that the parcel can be left at my door. Seeing the pattern I have had several experiences before where UPS have claimed that I was not available and the delivery could not be made. This is a complete joke. By far the worst delivery service there is! Can someone wise please delete the company from the world as they simply do NOT fill any purpose!

Ups - Unable

Order delivered to, and signed by someone else. Not my neighbours.

UPS are unable to find the package, unable to compensate for it and unable to explain what happened.

I strongly recommend choosing anything but UPS for private deliveries in Sweden.

Avoid UPS at all cost

EVERY TIME I buy something from an e-commerce and it gets sent with UPS there is a problem, last time I never got my package because they couldn't find it and this time it was supposed to be delivered yesterday, it never did and now they have no idea what happened to the package?

I just don't understand how a company can be this incompetent, talking to the customer service is a worse experience than trying to make Siri on your iPhone work correctly. They can never answer anything, the only answer they have is "oh well hopefully you will get it tomorrow", HOPEFULLY?
I hopefully hope you guys go out of business so I never have to interact with you ever again.

To e-commerce website PLEASE for the love of god stop using this trash service, it makes all of you look really bad.

What's funny is that I knew something would go south since I saw that they were sending it with UPS

UPS doesn't even attempt delivery

Bought lots of items from Salomon who use UPS as their ONLY shipping partner. At first I couldn't select the UPS delivery point I wanted, so I selected home delivery. I had to wait two hours at home, only for UPS to say delivery failed because they couldn't get into the building. They didn't even attempt to call me to be let in. Low and behold, they delivered the package to the delivery point I wanted to begin with. This is some of the most amateurish behavior I have ever experienced with a parcel delivery business. Their literal job is to know where the closest delivery point is and either deliver to that, or actually contact the person the package is supposed to be delivered to. I will be telling everyone I know and post on social media about not choosing UPS.

Do you care about your customers?

I received notice that my package would arrive between 08:45 and 11:45. At 12:45, I got an update saying it would instead be delivered before 19:00.

I called UPS and was told that if I signed up for UPS My Choice, I could authorize delivery online and wouldn’t need to be at home to receive the package. Great, I thought—until I learned that signing up requires filling out a form and waiting for a physical letter with a PIN code (!).

There was a shortcut, however: I could leave a signed note on the mailbox for the driver—a "driver release"—which I did.

Ten minutes later, I got a notification on my phone that the package had been delivered. Happy days! I ran to the front door, but there was nothing there.

When I checked the delivery info, I saw that my package had been left at... an axe-throwing gym in another part of town.

So I called UPS again and reported the misdelivery. A friendly customer service rep assured me I’d get a call within the hour to arrange retrieval and redelivery.

Fifteen minutes later, I got a call from a much less friendly UPS employee who told me I had to be home to sign for the package—despite the fact that the driver had just handed it to a completely different person somewhere else.

But when I explained about the note on the mailbox, he changed his mind. Now, apparently, the package could be left at the front door. I’d get it later that day.

Ten minutes later, he called again: it was now too late in the day, so I’d get the package tomorrow.

UPS, you have one job, and that is to deliver. You didn’t do that—but even worse, you didn’t apologize. If I had felt that you cared, I wouldn’t have written this review.

Should have been delivered home

Should have been delivered home, wasn't. Delivered to service point instead. Call, they where going reroute and to deliver home, but 6 days later still no parcel and got a reminder to pick up at service point. I have np car. Service point very far away. Went and picked up eventually. Had to carry the fox, very heavy, for 2 km. Got home, the fruit I ordered was rotten due to not being stored in a fridge and never delivered at home. I always have a problem with UPS. The arse end of delivery companies in Sweden.

O star

O star. Always complicated with UPS SWEDEN. We changed the address and they said they gonna deliver to the new address but then it delivered the package to the old address anyway. So I needed to pay extra 260kr to another company so that they can deliver my package to the right address. Worst.

They delivered

We ordered a product from another EU country not really knowing or paying attention to who would deliver it. To my knowing we've never used UPS before. Some things on the website and app work and some don't, and the time of delivery changed a few times. But the product did get delivered two days after the original delivery date and they did notify in the app and email a few hours in advance. There's definitely room for improvement but we're happy we received the product.

I would have rate -5 if there is option.

UPS Sucks!! They lie to customers about delivery dates and times. It's been 6 days they are not even able to deliver the product 4 KM away from their warehouse. This is not what is expected from UPS

Please don't take a task if you can't UPS. This is so not professional.

UPS Delivered to a wrong address and my…

UPS Delivered to a wrong address and my package was received by a person I don't know. Now customer service said someone from local depot will call but we have been waiting for nothing. We never received a call from UPS AT ALL during the time of delivery too. And they delivered to someone I don't know, in a place that's different from my address.

Never ever use ups NEVER!

Never ever use ups, and I say this for you that have a company that offers shipping services with ups
Never use them again for home delivery because your customer is going nowhere and loose income AND still not getting a delivery
Shitty companies like these are better off being out of business
