I ordered the washing machine cleaner on May 2 and got a confirmation that my order was processing on May 3. The tracking link they sent has unfortunately shown it to be stuck in process with only a shipping label printed and it is now May 26. I emailed their Customer Service and it has been crickets. In the meantime, I have now received 22 advertising emails and nine advertising text messages. I actually want to use the product so I hope they send it to me. I’m going to give them one more week to make progress or return my email and then I’m going to go through my credit card for a charge back.
I ordered Uproot Clean for my washing machine, received a confirmation and a charge on my Credit Card on April 12, 2026. I had two questions, which Customer Support answered promptly. The order confirmation was I the subject line on every on of the emails I sent. As the weeks went by and I did not receive my product (six weeks and running now), I sent 5 emails to the Uproot customer support email (not allowed to publish that here) with my confirmation number (order confirmation #NXCGL4D89) in every subject line, asking about the status of my unreceived order, and I also sent one inquiry through their portal. I received NO REPLIES, and NO PRODUCT. I finally had to dispute the charge with my Credit Card company. The marketing is so good, and the initial responses were prompt – I have no idea why I was charged, then ghosted after receiving nothing but a charge on my Credit Card. I have three rescue pups, two of which are heavy shedders, and would be the ideal customer. I am very disappointed to have been charged, ripped off, and ignored. Buyers Beware!! As for providing constructive input, supplying the product after charging me, and replying to my follow-up emails is a good place to start. Not having a phone number to contact Customer Support is also very frustrating when emails are ignored. Respectfully./Jim T.

Orig: Placed and paid for an order early May. Have not received order. Contacted company three times with zero response. Only got confirmation of order email. Nothing else around order status updates.
Unfortunately this was a terrible experience and would not recommend ordering from them. Not only was order for the washing machine cleaner never received I also sent 3 emails inquiring about my missing order and never received a response. I ended up having to dispute the charges on my credit card to get my money back. Save yourself the headache and do not order from them.
I paid for my products and have not received them. I have reached out to the company multiple times with absolutely no response. After reading other reviews, it sounds like this is a consistent pattern for this business. I would not waste your time or money here, as this company is failing to deliver what people pay for. I am now forced to deal with my credit card company to dispute the charge and get my money back.

My order was placed more than a week ago. I received an order confirmation from them and my credit card was charged. The company policy says orders are shipped in 1-3 business days. I sent an email after waiting a week for shipping confirmation. I have not received a response and I have sent follow up emails.

It's been over a month and i've received nothing. I've reached out twice. The first time it took over 10 days for a response. They sent me a notification that it was on the way. Yeah - they made a label. Still nothing.
If you want a product, my best advice is go to the store and buy this company seems to have a history of not fulfilling their orders or maybe taking months to fulfill. Not very good business at all.
Ordered May 2nd for a Mother's day Gift..Still haven't received a tracking number or status and after no response from 2 different email attempts Im ready to contact my C.c & Dispute the transaction since the site says shipping 3-5 days after processing which is another 1-3 Days..Totally disappointed & Frustrated..
Ordered products May 2 and company has been unresponsive since May 16th. No tracking information was sent to me. Contacted PayPal and hopefully will get a full refund.

Placed an order on May 12th, 8 business days later the only thing the tracker says is label created. I have reached out 3 times just to check the status of my shipping with no response. I know its only $180 but like to think I could get treated better by receiving at least some correspondence. Meanwhile my dogs hair are getting so long I need to take to groomer. Something that I shouldn't have to do if I bought a grooming kit!!!
An uodate as of June 8th 3026. Uproot reached out to me on May 26th and offered a choice of free gift. They also stated they were waiting on the product I had ordered. They stated it would be able to ship June 2nd and they were closing the ticket. It is now June 8th no more correspondence and products still have not shipped.......I ordered product on May 5th which was annoying to start as every time you wanted to complete purchase they popped up well since you bought...we will discount this..so $100 later it was complete. Said it shipped in 3 to 5 days...still no updates. Have emailed the help desk 3 times. I see they can respond to this but not the email they recieve?? I keep getting emails for more sales or to review the product. Would love to except it looks like im never going to receive it. If you have the capability to sell at major retailers and Amazon maybe you should stick to that. It is obvious you do not have the capacity, or talent needed to run a successful direct shipping site as well. Look at all of these complaints and the same cut and paste response. It is obvious they think that their product is to big to fail based on the worst customer service ever however who would want to buy again even if it was. Service is terrible....but they were quick to sell and take that money
Just order it from Amazon or literally anywhere else...

I ordered the washing machine cleaner hoping it would be an improvement over the off-the-shelf powders sold for this purpose. I'd love to say that it worked, but that is impossible. Why? Because the order I placed over 6 weeks ago has not been received nor shipped. My first inquiry was answered a month ago ("backlog" "will ship in 5-7 days" - in other words the usual first reply stuff...) However, none of my follow up inquiries have been answered. In the meantime, I have received countless advertising e mails from this company, which is the only reason that I know they're still in business.

Ordered washing machine cleaner May 10 with express shipping. My order constantly says being processed but has never progressed and never shipped. I requested to cancel with no confirmation or response. Emailed and have never gotten a response and no refund. Very disappointed since I have ordered from them in the past and been pleased with their products. I will not be ordering from them again. ORDER #1830300

I ordered a month ago and still hasn’t shipped. They said they were short an item. We’ve passed the date and still nothing. They created a shipping label a week ago and that is it. Terrible. If you choose to use their product do not purchase directly from them. Check that it ships and sells from wherever else you go.
Like many others, I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. My order was wrong and I've written to them many times over the past two weeks --- absolutely no response. The founder actually sends an email saying he reads everything's that comes in, "just hit reply". That definitely didn't work. Nothing seems to get their attention. After my first couple tries, I noted the number of attempts to contact with order number. They simply will not answer email. In these days of auto responders, you'd think you'd at least get an acknowledgment. You know what they can do though? Send a promotional email every single day trying to get you to buy something else. Do they really think anyone's going to buy again when you won't even respond? This confirms their emails get through and annoys you even more. I would not recommend buying anything from them. If you absolutely have to, order through Chewy since their customer service is outstanding. I was not at all familiar with the brand, was introduced through my pet insurance. I'll be letting them know I was very unhappy with a vendor they sent me to. One tool didn't even work for me but I decided to give it away rather than request a return. Now I see I never could have returned it anyway but I may ask for that option when I file a dispute. And yes, I warned them about filing a dispute because I never do that but this is the only company I've ever encountered that never answers customers. I suppose I'm lucky to get anything based on the amount of unfulfilled orders in these reviews. I guess you can't trust companies that don't provide a phone number in their contact info.

Horrible service as well…they generate responses (sometimes) that don’t address any questions or concerns and keep promising to take care of it but nothing happens. Bad!
I’m sure they will respond to this saying “it doesn’t reflect how they want to run their business”and they will tell me to contact them. It is how they run their business clearly.
