Upper Street Home Reviews 

I purchased two 16-piece dinnerware sets but wanted to return one as I didn't like the design and part of the order was missing. The missing items turned up two days later and Upper Street provided a link for free Evri returns, which should have been straightforward.

I booked collection on January 20th for 27th January. The courier didn't attend. Initially, Upper Street refused to take responsibility for rearranging collection, insisting I had to rebook which meant I would have to pay for returns myself - despite having already provided free returns.

When they eventually took responsibility and gave me a new collection date (4th February), the Evri driver arrived but none of the original labels would scan, so he couldn't take the parcels. The driver informed me that collections "never come through to him" on the island - a regular problem.

I have now requested new labels from Upper Street so the parcels can finally be collected. This has been ongoing for over two weeks, with parcels sitting in my porch, and Upper Street slow to help throughout. As the company with a trade account with Evri, it is their responibility to liaise directly with the courier to resolve failed collections, rather than expecting individual customers to navigate a system that doesn't work for lone senders. They should perhaps also reconsider working with Evri whose own customer service is appalling. The only people I've dealt with who work for Evri who are any good are the couriers who live and work on the island.
The dinnerware itself is fine, but the returns process and customer service have been extremely poor. I would be wary of ordering from Upper Street again given the difficulty in returning items.

I ordered a product from this store and it was delayed by the courier. I contacted the store and they despatched another one without question. I consequently received the first one and offered to return the second one but was told to keep.it as it was Christmas! I was delighted with the product and think that the customer service is second to none, and shall be ordering more products in the future. It's great to know that there are still some stores that put the customers first.
