OMMGG I am looking at all the reviews and it’s crazy how I am in the EXACT SAME POSITION!!! I was hired April 18, 2024. Went through my probation period and emailed PAT GIBSON Also VICKI RAY in the HR department that informed me the mailing error is rare. I asked for a tracking number, called Bless Harris (the call did not go through). I will be taking legal actions not only for the breach of contract but for emotional distress.

guys i got scammed omg. the names of people i worked with were pat gibson, bless harris, and the company was uporty. i am going to attempt to take legal action against them with all the evidence i have but wow it is incredibly disappointing.

This company is a bunch of lying scammers. I am sueing them for breech of Contract. Same bullcrap happened to me I even was willing to pay for overnite express. They refused. Now the website is down and no one responds to my emails

Hey I got scam as well I was really hoping it was real they play their role really well please watch out for them I never received a paycheck and when I reach out to payroll again asking if it can be send to a different address they never respond not even pat but as well I text the curator just about when hr will be getting back to me about being permanent blessing she responded but she said talk to payroll….

I was hired by Pat Gibson the HR Manger.Prkcess allmy ordersin in a timely manner.i was offer ankther that would merequire me to use my credit to make putchases and they remburise me. I turned it down a couple of days later i recived anemail saying i was being tranafer. I have email Ms. Gbson adkur mypay noresponse. All i want ismy pay i eranec.

I worked for them for a month. Packages came to my house and I took pictures uploaded and shipped and uploaded all the information I was asked to. I keep copies of all the information that I did just in case the police do come to my door I also printed all the photos that I took all the tracking numbers and all the addresses that the packages was sent to. I have all the information that this company gave me and all the information that I did. I did not throw away anything no photos no nothing and any thing that they emailed me I printed it off and put it in my records to cover myself. I truly saved everything I have a total file just for this company. I did all the work and has yet to get paid all the numbers I try to call now is no longer in service or the one number keeps me on hold and then ask me to leave a message and they will return my call that I have yet to get. Bless Harris and Pat Gibson should be ashame of themselves for being dishonest with people that just want a honest work from home job. I have survived 3 aneurysm thanks to God and was just looking to work from home. Because it would be better for me but they took me for a good ride.

I was recently scammed by this company. I was hired as a hub management assistant when I didn't receive my monthly pay or my 30 day probationary evaluation I reached out to payroll and hr. When I got no answers I contacted the department of labor in Los Angeles where they proceeded to tell me that this company is a scam and that they have been scamming people for about a year now.

I was interviewed at Upporty.llc in April by someone named Pat Gibson, whose phone number is 213-599-7490. After being approved, I signed a contract and started working a week later under the supervision of someone named Bless Harris, whose phone number is 213-599-7404. The work was online and conducted on a platform at the address boot-crm. I had to forward items that were sent to my address to the designated recipients. I have all the sender and recipient information.

I was forced to pick up products myself multiple times and purchase all necessary supplies for the job, such as tape, printer ink, folders, staplers, boxes, etc., out of my own pocket. After the one-month training period ended, the company claimed that a paycheck had been sent to my address and that they would evaluate my performance and get back to me. However, I never received any check. I emailed them multiple times and received no response.

This company exploited my address and took advantage of my naivety, using my money, address, and time for a month. This company is a scam.

Uporty.com is a scam employment site. They trick Americans into moving merchandise purchased with stolen credit cards! DON'T WORK FOR THEM!

Decided to close my account after a while, but Uporty ended up billing me for three more months, which was a hassle to sort out. I won't be using their service again.
