The delivery man of my eight tall, heavy 'Red Robin' hedging plants could not get down my road with his wagon due to inconsiderate parking at the top of the road. He palletted all the plants on wheel... See more

DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL EXCUSE OF A COMPANY
The most unreliable company I have ever dealt with.
Delivery due 7th October, by the 10th I've given up. Every day I have phoned them and every day a different excuse.
I have now cancelled and requested refund from original supplier as I have no confidence in this delivery company ever delivering.
DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL EXCUSE OF A COMPANY!
Shocking service all round
Shocking service all round. Did not deliver when tracking said. Broke item when unloading. Extremely rude, horrible, unhelpful driver.
Absolute shambles- why are they still in business?
Absolute shambles. Live trees dragged around the country and still no sign of a delivery.
UPN have consigned to Parcelrite for a pallet of expensive live trees. Who knows who’s got my trees but it sure ‘ain’t me!
Hottest few days of the year and after hours of chasing they finally answer and tell me ‘they’re not delivering them, other customers are more important and we can’t be arsed as it’s Bakewell so…. Is that alright?’ Er … no. No it’s not alright. You cannot promise pallet delivery and then not bother. No excuse. Do it.
So are you paying for me to miss another day of paid work? Didn’t think so..
They use 3rd and seemingly even 4th party providers. There is no tracking because they’ve no intention of delivering your consignment anyway.
1 star is too many
1 star is too many. No communication regarding delivery date. Phoned before 9am Friday to get an ETA the lady who deals with that is on the phone she'll call you back. That never happened. Phoned again still no information. Then husband phoned me and said delivery driver is here but he's opened the van and the summer house is not on the van. Bit big to have not noticed it was missing. He then called the depot who lied and said it was out for delivery on a different vehicle. Phoned again to get an ETA had to chase and chase over 2 hours later was told it was not loaded as the pallet was too tall for the van. They would have known this at 9am!
The depot was 18 miles from us, motorway virtually all the way and they were not prepared despite their mess up to do anything. Refused Saturday delivery said would have to ask supplier
After much arguing with them, promised delivery by noon today, lady at despatch depot even gave us her personal mobile. Guess what no delivery and she didn't answer her mobile just as the depot didn't answer their phone
Working in customer service for a builders merchant myself this is possibly the worst delivery and customer experience ever. None of my customers would have endured what we did yesterday. It would have been resolved. Absolute bunch of incompetent liars
Awful experience with a delivery driver…
Awful experience with a delivery driver today. He was confrontational and argumentative without any need for it. That is a very bad image for the company. I will avoid their services from now on.
Really really bad carrier
Really really bad carrier, had text from them saying deliver on 24/5, people booked time off from work to take delivery of item, no further contact from them, when item did not arrive contacted the company who they are delivering for, only to be told it is not being delivered until 28/5, no communication from them whatsoever, the telephone number on their text just rings out and the website cannot be accessed. Awful company DO NOT USE . In a world where contact via the internet mobile phones etc are easy to use, they just didn’t bother.
UPDATE; shed arrived Tuesday minus the fitting kit all screws hinges brackets and wooden battens so still waiting to put shed up
Great company for next day pallet…
Great company for next day pallet delivery
Not a great service
Not a great service . Expecting a pallet delivery but no notification or update on delivery progress and tracking link leads to a website about a feature on their track and trace system not the actual system 🤦♂️ not ideal delivery vehicle used.Driver struggled to get pallet onto tail lift and had to have my assistance to ensure that he nor the pallet fell from the lift
Driver did not wait for items to be checked off against order and did not provide a delivery note
UPN need to do better
