We worked with Niall in early February…

We worked with Niall in early February to further build out and optimise our automation systems, and the impact has been immediate.

He helped us refine and streamline our CRM setup, ensuring our lead flow, qualification, and follow-up processes were far more efficient and aligned with how we actually operate as an agency. The backend now feels like a true system rather than a collection of tools, which has made a noticeable difference in both time saved and overall conversion quality.

What stood out most was his ability to understand the end goal quickly and implement solutions without unnecessary complexity. Everything was delivered ahead of schedule, with clear communication throughout.

We’re already seeing the benefits internally and will definitely be looking to work together again over the next couple of months as we continue to scale.
