Upgrading women is a great initiative.
Upgrading women is a great initiative. Rebecca's story was relatable and I liked how she talked about such a big topic (imposter syndrome) in a very human and approachable way. There's room for improvement in the content and structure of the presentations - sometimes it wasn't clear how the strategies would work in practice or what was the evidence behind their success. It would've been really great to hear some real life examples of when they worked or evidence about why they did, just to give them more substance. It's a big mission though, so keep up the good work!
