WOW! From end-to-end a FANTASTIC service! Customer support via email is truly impressive and the app is great! From the day my loan was approved it took two, yes just TWO working days for funds to reach my account. You can pay off early and pay additional amounts with no fees plus the interest rate isn't exhorbitant either! Really happy with everything so far and I don't foresee any bumps along the way. Thanks so much to a great team of people working in the back office making it a superb, stress-free experience!

Really easy and straightforward…
Really easy and straightforward process. Funds arrives within 24 hours.
Appreciate as a responsible lender that they will only offer funds every now and then and then however this can be inconvenient from some customers. Maybe something to bear in mind for customers with good credit / lending history.

Carefully considered application…
Lots of lots of questions asked even when pre-approved but that just shows how carefully they consider your affordability before offering you a loan, which is not a bad thing at all. Kept constantly updated throughout the process.

Really helpful company
I wanted to simplify my life and sort out issues in one. Updraft provided a way out and supported me.
I give it 4 stars as overall it's a great company.
-1 star only because it's quite annoying that I cannot make early payments through the app, which only provides details for a direct bank transfer.
Instead of me making payments in the app, that's why Updraft lost 1 star. Please change the app to allow early payments; it would make them easier.
I understand that monthly payments are automatic, but to help reduce interest, I like to make additional early payments in my own time via the app, as it saves me time going back and forth between apps.

Great application process (but that’s it)
Whilst the application process was extremely easy to understand + navigate, the outcome was confusing and unclear. I successfully applied for a loan and now when I log into the app, I’m simply presented with a “Manage Your Payoff” screen asking me if I want to send funds to my credit card. If I decline the offer, it takes me back to the main screen without giving any indication of when fund dispersement will happen (if it all). I had to call up and pretend to be a payment behind to speak to a human who seemed uninterested and verging on rude

Life changing support!
From the moment I learnt about Updraft my experience has been really positive. The process was super simple and quick with fast communication and support. This time last week I was depressed, scared and procrastinating about how to handle credit card debt and this week I feel back in control. And for the first time in a long time, proud of myself and hopeful for the future.
