I am delighted with my recent perpetual licence for this application. Although I had previously used Adobe, this application runs well, exports documents accurately, and does everything I was using Adobe for, albeit significantly cheaper.

I've been using UPDF for a couple of weeks now, and it runs a LOT faster on my computer than Acrobat ever has. Documents are quick to open and to start manipulating, and it's much cheaper than Adobe too.

Great program, it makes editing PDF files very easy, but you can still work very professionally with this software. Especially as a freelancer or as a student, as the integration with MS Office works great (Word and Excel to PDF).
I'd be happy to use it again!

I was delighted to buy this product because they advertised that I could install it on all my devices and it would do everything I needed. However, after I tried to install it on my four pcs and three macs, they said I could only have 3 installations (may be four? -- at any rate, fewer than I needed). OK. I absorbed that disappointment.

Then every time I used the app, it wanted me to log in and it wanted to update, annoyingly frequently. I contacted them a few times about problems, and did get answers.

One feature that I really needed to work, and which is not the least bit controversial, is that I needed to be able to drag a selection rectangle for copying from a pdf. Nope, that isn't possible. So I couldn't copy a table that's 2cm tall and 10cm wide, no matter what. Their default copy box should be all anyone needs. When I asked them to fix this, they said that it wasn't important enough to put onto their bug list.

So I reluctantly returned to Acrobat Reader.

Your response below doesn't say that I can run my license on four PCs or three PCs and a Mac. It says two PCs and two mobiles, not FOUR devices of my choice!

I need to be able to copy a table as an image, SHAPED LIKE THE TABLE I NEED TO COPY, NOT shaped like a full page or the one shape that the developer assumed would be good for everything! My copied table will be inserted between paragraphs of my own text. Should my text say something like, "please see the fourth table in the imag3e below and ignore the other stuff that my tool was unable to eliminate." ? That isn't acceptable in any professional setting.

If a tool has to be babied, is too rigid to allow your use cases, too slow to be used for reference work, and can't do the ordinary jobs that similar tools can do, maybe it would be a disservice to others to recommend it.

I have been using UPDF for almost more than one month and it has replaced the adobe from my laptop. It is very convenient and has almost all the options which i need for my education. I highly recommend this software.

The best App I saw on MacOS.

Great app! It's way less of a resource hog than Adobe. It's versatile and useful for most, if not all, of your PDF needs. I use it for business when I need light and nimble work. Also, updates are nonintrusive (don't require rebooting your entire system for any updates).

Adobe seemed to be the "king" of PDF but I didn't want to pay a monthly fee to edit and annotate PDF documents so I searched for options. I tried a few "freemium" products and the good ones moved to subscription so another search was on. Then, UPDF showed up in my search and I decided to give it a go. And, I'm glad I did...it just keeps getting better and better with great annotation and markup tools, which is what I need for my work. The addition of redaction just added even more value. It's a great product and I'm glad I have it in my toolbelt!

It is an excellent and fluent software, it really help´s me on my work

It is an excellent website to get all your confusions fixed for file conversions. I was having trouble with my PDF file and I checked the website and used its services to get my issue resolved. The response time and solutions offered are pretty expert welted.

UPDF has revolutionized my study routine. Its easy editing and annotation features help me customize notes efficiently while AI tools like summarizing and translating simplify complex topics. Thanks to the multi-device access I can study anywhere at any time. Plus, it's affordable, making UPDF an essential part of my study toolkit.

Loving the new added PDF Tools. Now I can create a pdf file straight from the scanner like other more expensive brands. Thanks, UPDF

The app is great for studying PDFs, I don't think I thought of a feature and didn't find it, and the AI helps a lot, maybe they can add more support and features for the Apple Pencil on iPad, but other than that, it's perfect.

The app is good, but there's a thing that is obviously lacking in the program that if it was there, it would be better than Adobe Acrobat. Let's say you want to come back to a document later, but you don't want to lose track of it. This program only allows you to "STAR THIS FILE" on the opening screen, but not from within the document. I've brought this to their attention multiple times, but it seems like they are eager to be professional underperformers. I give up.

I open a pdf file that required a password. I enter the pass and opened Ok. Then, I tried to export as .xlsx file, and UPDF asked once again for the file password. I entered it again. Then, UPDF say: "incorrect password" and cannot export the file. Clearly a bug that need fix ASAP!

The application is very useful, especially for me as a univeristy student. It helps me a lot when I do my self study to summarize, translate, and ask any questions that I am confused of. Its features are also easy to use which makes it perfect for users who has less experien of using AI applications.

I am pleased I switch from PDF Expert to UPDF.

The layout and functionality of UPDF is superior in my opinion, and I enjoy using it far more.
