Excellent and prompt service. I was asked if I agreed to a small modification made to my transparencies; when I pointed out that some of my photos were back to front, they were immediately righted at no extra charge; and the results otherwise were all I had hoped for.

This is a superb company which handles slides with care and promptly provides excellent digital images. It is very competitively priced in relation to higher volume providers and features close personal support if required. Excellent service.

Despatch arrangements (in both directions) are excellent. So is the quality of the digitised product (from 35mm Agfacolor slides about 60 years old): my queries about some results being rather dark were quickly dealt with.

I am absolutely amazed by the quality of the photos I received. I found loads of various size negatives that were my late grandads, and some were from the 60s and early 70s and I didn't think were in the best condition but I sent them anyway, and I am shocked by how well they have come out. The photos have been expertly edited to make them look perfect and it's provided me and my family so much joy to have these photos we have never seen before. It was such an easy process from start to finish, great value and well worth every penny. I honestly cannot thank this company enough for such an incredible job! I would recommend them to everyone.

Had a large number of photos which I needed to be scanned onto digital, order was processed within the time frames advised and done at a very good price and great communication throughout - always a bit nerve racking sending a lifetime of photos in the post but parcel force collected and delivered on time and as specified.
