Amazing and quick service!
Wanted to change my address, but it didn't work on the website. I emailed them, and on the same day I got a response. On a friday night (still the very same day) at 22.45 o'clock they changed it for me and let me know.
Like I said, awesome customer service!
Also their products are amazing! So far they have delivered on time, every month. The boxes have a great value of products and have fun new topics and styles every month. I also enjoy participating in the upcrate battles. And the fact that they feature different artists every month is just amazing.
It feels like an actual community.

Worth the wait
It took a while to get to me, but it was worth it. I do enjoy the supplies. But was very difficult to get a hold of customer service. Finally was able to reach them through Instagram.
