While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Anybody there?

I’ve now left 4 answer phone messages for my current adjuster (dropped by the first one!) for my Hurricane claim. They just don’t respond. The call back doesn’t seem to work either. You get a call but then nobody answers.

Do not use UPC Insurance or any company…

Do not use UPC Insurance or any company under their umbrella. I have been working with them since October 2022 (it is Feb 10, 2023) on a SMALL claim from Hurricane Ian, for my mother. We have had 3 adjusters drop the ball on the claim in numerous ways. Their employees are completely incompetent. Today I finally moved the issue up the chain to a manager, I am hopeful to get some action on this and a response by next Wednesday. Let's see if the supervisor is a person with integrity! I will be notifying the insurance commissioner and the BBB on this business. Of course, this is in Florida, so I don't think anything will become of the claims, this state is as fraudulent as this insurance company is.
