Ernest and the team did a fantastic side return, full kitchen and garden renovation over the summer. They were impeccable - no nonsense, honest and hard working. Ernest advised throughout the build to ensure every detail was considered and taken care of - he made sure I was aware of all the associated impacts as we talked through key choices.

The team handled all sorts of surprises and nothing defeated them - even when I offered a compromise, Ernest held his standards and found a way of overcoming issues, which I’m very grateful for. They will be used for our next project, without a doubt.

We used UP-GREAT LTD in partnership with The Hindle Partnership for a double story side extension on our house. The team were great, the guys are honest, reliable, hardworking and knowledgeable – you’re in safe hands. We continued to live at home throughout the works, the team were very tidy and accommodating for us, ensuring minimal disruption. It was very important to us that our neighbours were looked after and happy, the team did a great job keeping disturbance at a minimum. It was a tricky build due to the limited space, but the team managed very well, there was extreme weather issues during the project and again the team found ways to manage. The finish is to an excellent standard, we’re really pleased with the result.

Ernest and his team were brilliant when doing our side extension. Worked with us on the project, kept to time and costings and were polite and tidy. Really happy would recommend and use again.

Ernest and his team are highly professional, exacting in precision and did a perfect job fitting my roof terrace which required complex angles since there was a slope that needed to be factored in and no straight walls. Their result was flawless, they are tidy, clean and reliable. Highly recommend!

Up-Great Ltd have completed two projects for us in the past two years.

The first, an entire home renovation including side extension, creating an open plan kitchen, chimney breast removal over two floors, new window fitting and external rendering. From project conception to completion Ernest was an exceptional asset due to his wealth of experience and skilled workmanship.

We were so pleased with his work we asked Ernest to return this year to complete a garden project, rebuilding a crumbling wall and creating a beautiful usable space.
