Don’t use them ever they are scammers. Also they will change their company name still scammer.

I ordered a matching Shirt and Pants. I also ordered Jewerly. I ordered a size L. Days later, when I went to review my tracking, the size changed to a S. I immediately emailed. I got such a run around. To this day, NO REFUND, NO GARMENTS. They did not even send me the garments in the size S. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I had ordered from this company before with a degree of success. I stopped using them when their sizing seemed to change and I learned I could not return and be refunded.
As I have a wedding coming up I selected 2 dresses that I hoped might work for me. With plenty of time I felt hopeful. But I received an order confirmation on 8th February and by March 15th they still hadn’t arrived. Checking the order I saw they hadn’t even shipped and when emailing their customer service I was informed they had just shipped. No apology or explanation and I was certain had I not chased the order I’d never have got it. And of course I haven’t got it yet. It is coming from China so it’ll be too late to consider for the wedding.

This is the worst service I have ever had from an online clothing company and I won’t use them again. (They might redeem themselves with an apology, the clothes being great and if they arrive quickly - which is unlikely now). It’s one star.
On the plus side their customer service is usually quite prompt and good. And their clothes have sometimes been very stylish. I wonder if they have new management.
