This was my first experience ordering from this company, as I wanted a reasonably priced birthday gift and their prices seemed competitive. However, they sent me the wrong item, which was of lower value than what I originally ordered. To make matters worse, there was no compensation offered to address their mistake. Because of this, I can only give them 3 stars.

Items were in stock and came in good time. I did read reviews on here so was a bit dubious, but everything went smoothly.

I would offer this feedback to the company....Communicate!!! Send more information on orders and delivery details. I felt uninformed about my order and delivery and was surprised it arrived when it did.

Most other companies send many emails regarding despatch of order etcetera and it helps customers to feel well-informed about our orders and more positive about our experiences.

The worst thing you can do is assume that delivery is 'out of our hands'. We customers consider delivery to be an integral part of YOUR company (even when it is actually a separate company delivering) and our experience of your company is directly related to how the delivery went too, not just the product.

Love the product and the service. Both excellent. Don't always find it easy to purchase a darker shade. Light bronze seems to be easy to find but not the darker shade.

I placed an order over the weekend for some Dr Hauschka items realised after I had placed it I’d ordered a wrong product. I contacted U Organic by email on the Monday issue was sorted out refund issued very quickly . I received my order today delighted with the products and free samples .
I will definitely re order from U Organic .
